Sehr zentrales und schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider hat das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen, obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Zimmer war. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön.

Good Property, Bad facilities and service

Cons:

The WiFi did not work (it's OTP based and not on room no. based. I never got the OTP
The Airconditioner kept switching off every 5 mins. Could not sleep well. had to get out of the room post waking up because the room temperature went up. Despite calling the reception multiple times, no service staff visited room.

1. The check in experience was worst. The staff at reception needs to learn some decency, manners of how to ask for IDs, how to inform of room changes.
We were 4 and 1 adult was not supposed to stay and had booked 2 rooms the staff at reception incorrectly asked me to cancel 1 room that had adult and 1 child booked. And after cancelling he vanished and others started telling policies that the remaining room does not have child and have to charge extra for the child.
The published policy said up to 14 is considered child and the staff said up to 12 is considered child and that we have to pay. The problem is not about paying but the way it was told.
2. The cleaning guy asked us close curtains as he was sweating from the sunlight coming in! What?
3. At the dinner, in restaurant since I was late, I asked if I can have anything by to eat. This was well in their closing time though. And the guy says ‘there will be cleaning done here around you so you better go to room’.
4. There was no help from front office additional staff to move bags to rooms.
5. The shower in the bathroom was jammed and I had to muscle it to open with wet hands, finally had to use the small towel to get grip and start. Nightmare.

6. Looks like they are taking advantage of the great central location the hotel is in.

Never would book and anyone who reads this and considers to book should refrain.
