The rooms were clean and with enough space. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and helpful.
The rooms are accessed via an indoor gallery overlooking the restaurant. Because the restaurant stays open until almost midnight, a significant amount of noise carries up into the rooms, making it difficult to relax.
The reception staff were, at best, unhelpful throughout our stay.
The rooftop swimming pool and bar were closed for renovations, but we were not informed in advance. We specifically chose this hotel in part because of these facilities, so this was a major disappointment. We only discovered the closure when we went to the rooftop ourselves, and nobody mentioned it during check-in.
Although we booked the room for two people, it was only prepared for one. We had to request additional towels, and even then we only received an extra bath towel—no face towel.
We were also unable to access the Wi-Fi. We were promised a voucher to resolve the issue, but it never arrived.
The bed was very unstable and would noticeably wobble whenever one person moved.
We had lunch at the hotel, and unfortunately I suffered food poisoning afterward. My partner went to reception to ask for assistance. They were unable to provide any medicine. When we asked where the nearest pharmacy was, they simply said they were all closed (which may have been true at around 10 p.m.). We then asked about the nearest hospital, and the response was that we should just search online ourselves. Rather than showing any concern or making an effort to help, they left us to deal with the situation on our own.
Because of the poor service, the constant noise, the unexpected closure of the rooftop facilities, and the food poisoning, we decided to check out as soon as I was well enough to travel. Nobody asked why we were leaving early, apologized for our experience, or offered any form of compensation. We simply wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
Great littlehotel in good location with excellent staff
Food-Good tasty, Nusara restaurant is very good and serve food 24hrs.
Location and connectivity is good.
Room-Each time we were assigned oldest possible room. Cleanliness below expectations, bathroom fittings are old, bathrooms stink, chock and taps leak.
Bed-Old and not so comfortable
Front desk staff rude, unaccommodated. Reserve good rooms and allot old rooms first. Muthuswamy restaurant is not good.
Strategic location close to the airport, very tasty and rich breakfast for veg and non vegetarian
Reception staff has proposed us Package 1 with one lunch or dinner and 3 pieces for laundry: they didn’t told us that laundry pieces are delivered only after 12:00 am.
It has also been very difficult to ask for an invoice

Net hotel, met ruime kamers en goed ontbijt. Locatie is dicht bij de levendige winkelstraat.
Helaas was het zwembad dicht. Dit had het hotel wel duidelijker bij het boeken kunnen aangeven, want dan hadden wij een andere keuze gemaakt.
