Very clumsy small n untidy room...my train was delaied for 2hrs i reached 12at night...though i was constantly calling them to confirm that im coming...they did NOT CLEAN N PREPARED D ROOM N PROVIDE A DIFFERENT ROOM WITHOUT BALCONY N FILTHY BEDCOVER
