Poor quality rooms for the money they ask, Food poor quality, wont be staying there again.

The number 2 room i stayed in was very average. 6 channels on the TV, floors creaked so bad you can hear the neighbors walk. nill sound proofing, Restocking the bar from the storage room below me at 8;30pm at night was terrible. the noise was rediculas. restock your bar throughout the day. Food was very average. Had the parmy one night and the ribs the next night. For money paid very poor quality. Sorry Club Hotel I stay at a lot of places and this one was probably the worst yet. Won't be back staying there for work again.

Great food, great location, hard bed
Pros:

The location is great, no need to go anywhere else as the pub has great food

Cons:

The only thing was that the bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor, and unfortunately noisy people that have no regards for others very early in the morning, but that's not the hotels fault.

Cons:

The costumer service need a bit of work when checking in the front desk lady made a face when I said I was staying alone made me feel unsafe staying there like I shouldn’t stay there alone as a women. Made me feel uncomfortable I asked another staff member she said don’t worries very safe.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful, under cover parking, close to everything.

Cons:

Could have been prewarned that I wouldn't be able to get to sleep till the early hours due to live band playing & bags of empty bottles being thrown just below my room. Purchased a meal from the hotel and it was the worst I have ever had. Chicken was watery, beans rubbery & chips soggy, the only edible thing were the carrots!
