La posizione e la gentilezza del personale .

Cons:

Pulizia lascia molto a desiderare (intendo della camera) . Ho trovato dei peli sul letto e i locali della camera sono fatiscenti con umidità evidente . Letto molto scomodo.

Bon hôtel bien situé
Pros:

La localisation de cet hébergement est parfaite avec un arrêt de bus en face et une station de métro a 100m. La réceptionniste Rosa est particulièrement professionnelle et accueillante. La propreté exemplaire, le confort suffisant.

Very nice place!
Pros:

Nice place with cozy atmosphere and convenient location. Metro station is a five-minute walk away from the hotel. There are also some supermarkets, eateries, pubs and restaurants nearby. The room is cleaned every two days. There is an air conditioning (which is really helpful cause the room is rather stuffy). There is a large closet for storage. A bottle of water as a welcome gift. Simple, but tasty and filling breakfast is included. An electrical outlet next to the bed! WiFi worked without any problem. The staff was friendly and polite. I would be glad to stay here next time I visit Rome.

Cons:

The room itself is rather small, the bathroom is even cramped. The bed was small. It was really stuffy in the room, so it would be absolutely difficult without an air conditioning. The tourist fee is really high (it surely doesn’t depend on the hotel, but anyway).
