Hotel carpets very unclean , bed mattresses hard could feel springs, stains on mattress no mattress cover, broken tiles in bathroom, timescale and gunge on shower head , seating chair backs not good , kettle once boiled could not pick up by handle unless using a towel, mini bar was just empty fridge, breakfast disappointing, air con very poor , marks all over walls

Завтрак очень скудный, нет парковки перед отелем, нет входа из собственной парковки в отель.
Местоположение отличное!
Ремонт мог быть намного лучше, сливы сантехники полузабытые.
Кондиционеры очень старые и еле работают, а в общих зонах, совсем их нет!

Pour un hôtel annoncé 4 étoiles, l'état de la chambre est très décevant: murs abîmés, salle de bain en mauvais état, rideaux tachés. L'ensemble donne une impression d'abandon qui ne correspond absolument pas au standing affiché.
Le personnel reste irréprochable, souriant et agréable, mais cela ne suffit pas à compenser le manque d'entretien évident de l'établissement.

Special thanks to Marco and Barbara for their kindness and friendliness, they were always ready to help us with any questions or requests. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back.
