Hôtel plutôt sympa
Pros:

L'accueil est très bien. L'hôtel est bien, les chambres sont immenses, au calme, seul petit bémol la literie est très ferme. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier pas terrible mais à 10 minutes à pied du centre.

Със съпругата ми бяхме гости на гр. Русе и сме щастливи, че избрахме да спим в този хотел . Всичко е на европейско ниво . Обслужването е на изключително високо ниво . Стаите са чисти и луксозни . Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна и на достъпни цени, като гости на хотела ползвахме 15% отстъпка . Обслужването в ресторанта също беше на много високо ниво . При следващото посещение на гр. Русе без колебание, ще изберем същия хотел . Ще го препоръчаме на нашите приятели .

Cons:

Единственото нещо, което не ни хареса е че не останахме за по дълго време .

Tesise gece 12 de geleceğimizi söylediğimiz halde bize kapı için kod gönderilmedi. Gece geldiğimizde dışarıda kaldık. Gecenin o saatinde başka bir otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık.

En conjunto, la estancia fue correcta gracias a la educación y profesionalidad del personal.
Pros:

El personal fue muy profesional, amable y atento durante toda la estancia. El servicio de limpieza también fue correcto y eficiente. Como aspecto mejorable, en una estancia de 7 noches las sábanas solo se cambiaron una vez, al quinto día, una frecuencia que resulta insuficiente para este tipo de alojamiento.

Cons:

Habitación muy ruidosa debido al escaso aislamiento acústico; se escuchaban claramente las duchas y baños de otras habitaciones. Además, el baño desprendía malos olores cuando permanecía un tiempo sin usarse, probablemente por un problema en el desagüe de la ducha.

A gem with exceptional staff
Pros:

Staff were delightful, food was excellent, everything was spotlessly clean - lovely bar, restaurant and terrace

Cons:

The area was not as nice as everything about the place. But the location was convenient as we arrived by train and it was a 15 minute walk and then another 15 into the heart of the town for an evening explore

Мы останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз. Отель расположен в тихом месте, в центре города. Есть ресторан, где можно вкусно покушать. Пешком до центра 10 минут. Завтрак обычный. Очень вкусный кофе варит бариста!

Второй этаж мансардный, со скошенными потолками и острыми углами, об которые можно , по невнимательности, больно удариться
