Flessibilità e comprensione, pari a zero. Importa solo incassare.

La posizione a fianco del ruscello.

La struttura é molto datata, spartana e sarebbe da rinnovare e soprattutto da aggiungere l’aria condizionata.
Ho riservato perché mi sono fidato delle recensioni e del punteggio su Booking (non meritato). Ho sbagliato a riservare una struttura senza aria condizionata, infatti ci siamo stati 20 minuti ed abbiamo capito che sarebbe stato difficile soggiornare senza aria condizionata. Quando siamo andati via, non c’era più nessuno, eravamo gli unici ospiti e dovevamo ancora pagare, abbiamo lasciato un biglietto, comunicando che non avremmo fatto colazione e che abbiamo cambiato Hotel. Siamo andati in un Hotel, stanza con aria condizionata, reception h24 ed é costato 55 € in meno per 2 notti. Il giorno dopo siamo tornati a pagare (ore 19.00, prima siamo stati all’ Europa Park), hanno voluto incassare le due notti (una sarebbe stato corretto, due é da tirchi), nonostante la struttura sia stata praticamente vuota, avrei capito se gli avessi fatto perdere delle prenotazioni. Almeno potevano scontare la colazione del secondo giorno o fare un minimo gesto per venirci incontro, ma niente, inflessibili come un paletto d’acciaio.
Impossibile un mio ritorno in questa struttura.

Parfait
Pros:

Personnel agréable et serviable, chambre et salle de bain très propre, bien équipé (serviettes, ventilateur...), petit déjeuner simple. A 15 minutes à pied de Europa Park. Idéal pour un court séjour, je recommande vivement.

Entzückendes Familien-Hotel
Pros:

Frau Ricci hat uns rundherum und mit Liebe zum Detail betreut. Das Frühstück hat uns zum Staunen gebracht! Nichtmal 10min zu Fuß zum Europa-Park. Eigener Parkplatz, den wir auch am letzten Tag noch nutzen durften. Hübscher Ausblick auf den Bach

Un petit hôtel familial, nous sommes très bien accueillis.
La proximité à pied ou par la navette pour les parcs est top.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, après une journée à Europapark où il faisait 34°, c'est étouffant..
Mais merci néanmoins pour le petit ventilateur :)

We chose this hotel based on the reviews on Booking.com, and it exceeded all our expectations. Its proximity to Europa-Park, the availability of parking, the positive breakfast reviews, and the excellent value for money made it stand out—and it turned out to be exactly the right choice. She also gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and shared wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip, which made our travel experience even more enjoyable.

Nina made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. She took care of every detail, including an incredibly well-prepared breakfast with an impressive variety of options. From smoked salmon and eggs to fresh croissants and sourdough bread, everything was thoughtfully arranged. There were also cereals, fruit salad, sandwiches, fruit yogurt, and many other choices to suit every taste. She was always available whenever we needed anything. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.

Without a doubt, Nina is the best host we have ever met during our travels. We are truly grateful for all her kindness, warmth, and dedication.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and if we return in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Bello, padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili, ma la camera aveva qualche difetto.

I padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nei miei confronti, rispondendo con cura più di una volta alle mie domande. Ho molto apprezzata la cura nella preparazione della colazione secondo le mie intolleranze alimentari.

Cons:

La stanza era parecchio piccola, dando così una sensazione di chiuso. Il bagno non poteva essere chiuso a chiave, la doccia si chiudeva a fatica, scricchiolava e mancava un porta sapone.

Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr herzlicher Empfang . Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Unsere Betten sehr bequem. Die Zimmer immer sauber. Genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Chefin ist sehr nett . In 10 Gehminuten ist man im Europapark.
