Pros:

Super Lage. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage. Freundlicher Empfang. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden. Richtige Decken fürs Bett haben gefehlt. Es gab nur den Bettenbezug.

Es war sehr praktisch und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es war genau so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Super Restaurant daneben und um die Ecke!

Eine wichtige Bitte: Bitte stellen sie Kaffeerahm (Portionen) zur Verfügung. Es ist super das eine Kaffeemaschine dort steht!!!

A 10 minutes à pied d'europapark, grand, très bien mais pas de luxe
Pros:

Grand séjour, beaucoup de lits dans deux grandes chambres, une troisième plus petite. Endroit calme et bien insonorisé. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Très bien situé par rapport à Europapark.

Cons:

Accueil plutôt froid. On nous explique comment fonctionne le distributeur d'eau et de glace du frigo américain mais il ne fonctionnent pas. Quand nous le signalons à une autre personne elle dit que c'est connu et depuis longtemps et que tant que le frigo fonctionne ils ne changeront pas. On nous a donné un sachet de glaçon.
La vitre de la plaque de cuisson est cassée, n'empêche pas son utilisation. Plus de porte papier WC en bas. Une TV dans une chambre débranchée et pour cause, elle ne fonctionne pas. Se dit de luxe ou supérieur mais les finitions et l'entretien courant ne suivent pas. Des détails qui ne gâchent pas le séjour sauf si vous attendez du luxe.

Buona la posizione e l’aria condizionata
Pros:

La vicinanza all’Europa park (poco più di 5 minuti a piedi) e l’aria condizionata, ormai necessaria in queste estati roventi. È presente un parcheggio riservato (non recintato).
Il nostro appartamento (deluxe) non si trovava nell’edificio principale ma nella palazzina bianca vicina all’ingresso, all’ultimo piano, con 2 rampe di scale. Nessuna vista sul giardino comune quindi impossibile mandare i bambini a giocare. La cucina era piccola ma funzionale, solo un po scarna di attrezzatura (tante stoviglie ma solo 2 pentole!), gradita la presenza della lavastoviglie. I letti (2 matrimoniali, 1 singolo, due divani) erano molto comodi. Molto bello anche il bagno, spazioso, con la vasca e una doccia grande. Essendo un sottotetto non ci sono terrazzi o balconi.

Cons:

Siamo arrivati inconsapevolmente due ore prima del check in (che inizierebbe alle 17) e abbiamo trovato solo le ragazze delle pulizie. Il proprietario, raggiunto al telefono, non è stato affatto cordiale, decisamente non ci siamo sentiti benvenuti. Non ci hanno fornito la ricevuta per la tassa pagata. Per tutto il soggiorno non c’è stato più alcun contatto, in casa c’è un cartello con i numeri di telefono , ma via whatsapp non rispondono.
Ci sono delle lavatrici ma per usarle le ragazze delle pulizie hanno detto che avrei dovuto pagare 10 euro!

Very comfortable with a short walk to Europapark .
Pros:

Very close to Europa Park which was our destination. Very spacious, the terrace and garden were an added bonus. There is laundry facilities on sight which I couldn’t find in the description but was nice to find out about. The hostess also provided spaghetti and sauce for our first night which was very thoughtful.

Cons:

The air conditioning in one of the rooms didn’t work properly. We didn’t say anything since our stay was so short, there was a ceiling fan which helped keep it comfortable.

Good apartment with air con in great location. Admin/customer service let it down. Overall I would not recommend.
Pros:

Great to have air conditioning and a dishwasher, comfortable apartment. Great location less than a 10 minute walk to Europa Park and close to local restaurants. Also close to 3 bus stops for the free Rust Bus that goes around the town.

Cons:

Sadly the admin and customer service let it down.

The name suggests it’s a hotel but it’s just 2 buildings with apartments in. They were kind enough to store our luggage when we arrived early from our morning flight. Reception was a wooden hut in the car park and we never knew when there would be someone there. You could ring a number and someone would eventually come down from the restaurant down the street owned by the same people.

We asked for the Wi-Fi code but were never given it. A welcome letter in the apartment in a few languages with info such as Wi-Fi password and who to contact if any problems would have been helpful. It would have been nice if the owners had asked (WhatsApp or email) if everything was ok during our stay, as other places we’ve stayed always do, but they didn’t. The bathroom door handle was loose, one of the bedroom blinds didn’t work (the cleaning lady did help with that). Some extra mugs, glasses and cutlery would be useful.

There was no one around to hand the key back to when we checked out.

There was a big language barrier as they didn’t speak German and only the owner (who we only saw on check in) spoke a bit of English.

Sehr Saubere Wohnung.!!! ( Könnten sich welche eine Scheibe abschneiden)

Gerne wieder.
Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden.
Und Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer.
Super Garten.
Parkplatz direkt am oder vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Einzigste etwas negatives wenn überhaupt ist die etwas fehlende Küche. Geschirr alles da! Zum abwaschen im Bad etwas bescheiden.
