Pros:

スタッフの対応は皆さん礼儀正しく、とても感じが良かったです。朝食も最高に満足でした。
佐野に行った時は、また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

トイレ、浴槽、ベッドのライトまわりに汚れの掃除不足が有り、少し気に成りました。

旅行では、行きたくないですね
Pros:

予約時には、禁煙室がなくて、仕方なく、喫煙室で予約しましたが、
喫煙室の空き出たにで、電話連絡したら、急な変更にお応じていただきありがとうございました。

朝、1階の男子トイレを使用したら、何故か落ち葉がトイレにあり、清潔感がありません
