Genoten voor een goede prijs
Pros:

Cocktails en saunafaciliteiten en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, in het bijzonder Umut

Cons:

Heel veel salades en desserts, maar niet zoveel in vlees en groenten (naar onze smaak). De snack na 22 uur was super omdat we laat aankwamen, maar een suggestie is om daar ook wat in te variëren en niet alleen hamburgers en patat

Very disappointed kept asking for cleaners but nothing was done

This hotel is unfortunately the worst one I have ever been to. It is supposed to be 5 stars ..but I would hardly give 2!!! I do not understand people who leave positive reviews..unbelievable..Now let me go through all the disasters one by one:
- Location: one hour from the airport which is really far. The hotel itself is located in the middle of nowhere. Do not expect fancy bars or smth like that..The only exciting thing you will see is a lake and a deserted landscape.
- Rooms: simply horrible…Shower - no comments. Everything is very old. The interior states back to 18th century. You can see holes between the walls and the plinth …The air conditioner is very loud. The variety of drinks mini bar is scarce…
- Cleaning service: they simply do not care..maximum what that do in rooms is change towels and tidy the bed. Plus the cleaning ladies steal cigarettes…The floors everywhere are sticky..
- Food: was not impressed by the choice. All the deserts and the rest are not tasty..so do not expect to try something delicious.
- Entertainment: if I were here with kids I would immediately start looking for another options. DO NOT come here with children. There is no children room or smth here..“animation“ is meant for adults.
I could go on and on but I would just sum up that I do not recommend to come HERE. Save your money and mental health for somewhere else…If you come - you will be sad and your holidays will be ruined.

good but not perfect
Pros:

I liked the hotel, and the swimming pool was great too, the food was good, and you have a wide variety.

Cons:

We had to rent a car because the hotel was far from the center, it was 15 min drive. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and most of the dessert was tasteless 😵‍💫.
we had one incident, one day we came back after 10PM we realized that the house keeping lady pooped in our bathroom and she forgot to flash, we immediately reported the problem, they told us sorry for that but no one from the cleaners are here. for us that was unacceptable and unprofessional.
