Cons:

Не сподобалось ставлення адміністратора Марини, яку ми просили двічі відправити запит по перегляду камер спостереження із зони паркування автомобіля, адже на нашому автомобілі з'явилися пошкодження лако-фарбового покриття збоку.
Адміністратор Марина не виконала наше прохання і більше того грубим тоном відповіла, що ми мали їй про це ще раз нагадати.
Ця адміністратор поводилась непрофесійно і непривітно.
Після такого досвіду більше не повернемось у цей готель.
