Pros:

1. Номер чистий і включає всі необхідні зручності
2. Звукоізоляція чудова
3. Прибирання щоденно
4. Чай/ кава та вода безкоштовно в номері і поновлювалась щоденно
5. Парковка біля готелю

Cons:

Жодної лояльності та гнучкості до військовослужбовців.
Мій чоловік має посвідчення УБД і несе службу безпосередньо в місті. Ми заздалегідь попередили адміністратора про статус, сподіваючись на бодай якусь лояльність, але отримали категоричну відмову. Аргумент готелю вразив: «Ви бронювали через Booking, ми платимо їм комісію, тому знижки не буде».

Справа абсолютно не в грошах, а у ставленні. Адміністрація навіть не спробувала знайти компроміс чи запропонувати переоформити бронювання напряму, щоб надати знижку. Зараз навіть маленькі бізнеси знаходять спосіб подякувати захисникам, але для цієї мережі готелів комісія Букінгу виявилася важливішою за повагу до військових. Не рекомендую.

Якби ще раз довелося бути в Сумах, то тільки в цьому готелі б зупинилися.
Pros:

Сподобалися чиста біла постіль та рушники. Чистота в номері просто лоск, навіть в стандартному номері. Ліжко на якому можна виспатись, не скріпить. Нормальна шумоізоляція, кондиціонер. Дуже смачний сніданок фуршет за нормальну ціну. Чемний і доброзичливий персонал, вітаються навіть прибиральниці. Парковка в дворі. Розташування в центрі міста біля пішохідної зони, якою можна прогулятися до визначних історичних памʼяток.

Cons:

Все сподобалось, очікування перевершені.

Сніданок чудовий, розташування в самому центрі міста, чистий і просторий номер. Та і взагалі все чудово!
