2. Sauna zepsuta o czym obiekt nie informuje na swojej stronie

Pros:

Номер великий , поруч магазин, зручно їздити на гірськолижний курорт 20 хвилин.

Cons:

Номер був на трьох : два окремі ліжка із жахливими матрацами, розкладний диван виявився дуже малим : ноги в дитини звисали :( Три доби ,як ціла вічність. Сніданки не смачні:( У номері було прохолодно, як і всьому готелі.Прибирання не було , але сміття викидали. З посуду на кухні 4 чашки, 4 тарілки і 2 чайні ложки:(

Pros:

S pobytom sme boli celkovo spokojní! Izby boli čisté a udržiavané, ale to, čo robí tento hotel skutočne výnimočným, je jeho personál. Takú ochotu a milý prístup človek nevidí všade – zamestnanci sú jednoznačne najväčším plusom hotela. Obrovským bonusom bol perfektne zorganizovaný Silvester a super zábava až do rána.
​Čo sme ocenili:
​Pet-friendly prístup: Veľkým plusom je možnosť pobytu so psíkom.
​Raňajky: Výber bol dostatočný a jedlo bolo chutné.
​Atmosféra: Vďaka personálu sme sa cítili veľmi príjemne.

Cons:

​Čo by sa dalo zlepšiť:
​Kávový servis: Trochu nás sklamalo, že v rámci raňajok bola k dispozícii len zalievaná "nescafe". Za kvalitnú kávu z prístroja bolo potrebné si doplatiť, čo v hoteli tejto úrovne nepovažujeme za ideálne.
​Technické detaily: Na izbe nám nefungovala lampa a bol problém s diaľkovým ovládačom k TV.
​Vzhľadom na skvelú atmosféru a prístup personálu nám však tieto drobnosti nepokazili celkový dojem. Radi sa sem vrátime!
