Pros:

Location was ok.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not observed at all specially at bathroom and hot water was not available. water was too hard water. No proper breakfast and dinner available.

Location is good in tada.but not maintained certain standards like hospitality, cleanliness etc

The rooms are OK, the air conditioning works well, the restaurant is good, and the breakfast is excellent. Overall, the hotel has potential to be a great place to stay

Cons:

The service at the reception was simply the worst. At check-in, the guy was watching a game on his phone while processing my check-in, and it took more than an hour. At check-out, when it came time to pay, the lady at the reception looked completely desperate and had no idea what she was doing. The daily cleaning was also careless — during my 7-day stay, on two occasions the maid left my door open. I paid 1,680 rupees per night including tax, and honestly, I wouldn’t have minded paying 2,000 if the service had been of better quality. What could have been an excellent experience turned into a terrible one.
