Comfortable, quiet location, well appointed, large, apartments close to what we wished to see.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Morning staff were friendly and efficient. Although the hotel is located right next to the many train tracks it was not noisy. We had 3 rooms, one was a normal hotel room, the other two were generous sized well appointed apartments for families. We were able to walk to the Castle, to street theatre, to Lake Thun and to the free bus for our visits to Interlaken, the Emmental area and a local beach. Was a short walk to the CO-OP so we could access and prepare our own food for lunch and dinner. They had an outdoor play area for the children and great views of the mountains.

Ruime kamer met eigen douche en toilet, airconditioning en groot bed. Mogelijkheid voor gratis koffie en thee. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.

Hôtel bien placé, mais la chambre triple est une chambre double avec lit d'appoint.

Chambre propre et récente. Hôtel très bien placé.

Cons:

J'ai réservé une chambre triple avec un lit double et un lit simple. Or la chambre comprenait en réalité un lit double et un lit pliant. Dans les autres hôtels cela s'appelle une chambre double avec un lit d'appoint. Cela convient pour un jeune enfant, pas un ado de 17 ans. La chambre est un peu plus grande que les autres chambres doubles, mais c'est uniquement la surface au sol, la chambre est mansardée, sous les combles.
Un lit pliant c'est inférieur à un canapé convertible qui est inférieur à un lit... Je n'avais pas pris d'hôtel avec un canapé pour la 3e personne, ce n'était pas pour me retrouver avec un lit d'appoint.
