Aussergewöhnlich, modern, historisch
Pros:

Gemütliche, moderne, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches & unkompliziertes Personal, top Lage auch mit öV

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, für den Preis (Doppelzimmer für 215.-) hätten wir warme Küche erwartet (Rührei, Rösti, Speck oder ähnliches)

Cons:

Frühstück unter der Woche erst um 7 Uhr. Weil ich aber schon um 7 Uhr abgeholt wurde, hat man mir am Abend vorher angeboten, dass ich um um 6:55 rasch etwas vom Buffet holen konnte. um 7:01 war die Tüfe aber noch geschlossen und meine Abholung war dort = kein Frühstück. Auch die Bezahlung war etwas kompliziert. Ich bekam den Eindruck, dass die Angestellten Informationen untereinander nicht weitergeben.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Charm
Pros:

Sehr gut und zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können zum Beispiel frisch zubereitetes Müsli und Brötchen.

Trotz der Nähe zur SBB waren die Züge kaum zu hören. Man konnte entspannt schlafen. Ich komme wieder :-)

Cons:

Ein Tee- (Wasser-) Kocher wäre hilfreich. Ebenso ein Mixer ("Zauberstab")
Ein paar Kuscheldecken würden die Gemütlichkeit auf dem Sofa und/oder im Wintergarten abrunden.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en het eten was top! Ook het ontbijt was erg goed.. Wij waren de oplader van de telefoon vergeten en die is gevonden, wij werden netjes teruggebeld daarover. De oplader is opgestuurd..
