Gute Lage, relativ sauber, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Ich hatte keinen WiFi Code, teilweise keine optimale Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Frühstück war zweimal verschieden

Pros:

L'établissement est idéalement situé au centre de Thun et plusieurs parking publics sont à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel.
La chambre est petite mais confortable et le petit déjeuner est complet et joliment servi.
La chambre choisie était indépendante avec un accès à une petite terrasse au pied du château.

Not accessible for elderly or disabled
Pros:

It was near the river and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

I asked to be in a low level room because my father is elderly. We were placed on the second floor with no lift. For the second night, we asked to be moved down to the first floor as someone checked out. The housekeeper saw what a horrible time my dad had going up and down the stairs and also said she would ask on our behalf. We were denied. Also, the room was very hot and right next to a very loud bar.

Ausserordentlich freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Frühstück wurde für jeden Gast eigens zubereitet. Es gab eine hervorragende wenn auch überschaubare Auswahl an Frühstücksprodukten die allesamt super lecker und sehr nett angerichtet waren.

Pros:

Individuelle Zimmer in der Altstadt, jedes einzigartig. Wir hatten das Zimmer 7 über der kleinen Wäscherei, kein TV im Zimmer. Temperatur gut, nicht zu warm. Treppe etwas steil zum Zimmer, sonst gut. Frühstück wird gebracht.

Toll, werden wir weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, stilvoll eingerichtetes, grosszügiges Zimmer. Unkompliziertes Check-In. Wir kamen spät und gingen früh, hatten daher keinen Kontakt zum Personal. Jedoch wurde eine persönliche Nachricht hinterlegt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Dusche im Zimmer, sehr originell. WC separat.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strasse hin, etwas hell, da keine Verdunklung.

O quarto tinha bom espaço e um banheiro novo. O café da manhã é bom, em estilo local.

Cons:

Não há ar condicionado e o calor estava de 35 graus durante o dia. Também não há ventilador disponível no quarto, tendo sido arranjado um no segundo dia.

A great stay in a central location with friendly staff and easy access to transport and amenities.
Pros:

Great location close to the train station and ferry terminal on Lake Thun, right in the heart of town with plenty of nearby food options. The staff were lovely and very helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for me when I had an early train to Zurich. It’s also conveniently close to the local swimming spot on the river.

Pros:

Jedes Zimmer ist individuell eingerichtet, historische Bausubstanz trifft inmitten der zentral gelegenen Altstadt auf stilsicher renoviertes Ambiente. Das dazu passende erstklassige Frühstück wird bei eleganter Musik im kunstvoll ausgestatteten Speiseraum serviert. Großartig!

In der Gasse vor dem Hotel kann es nachts laut werden.

Sehr nettes Hotel mit sehr liebem Personal!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, charmante Einrichtung, Gemeinschaftsbad sehr sauber und alles dabei was man benötigt. Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch zubereitet und ausreichend!
