The hotel is in the heart of old town Thun. Easy walk from the train station and restaurants

Nice and large room; well located in the city; nice breakfast.
Very unhelpful and complicated staff (organisation of checkin and of storage of our bikes was VERY unsatisfactory ; staff during whole stay only seen at checkin for five minutes (ghost hotel - more like rbnb) - wheight too expensive for that and in view of shared bathrooms. Breakfast took place in another hotel.

2. במידה ותרצו להתלונן הצוות שכולל אישה אחת עובד רק מהשעה 8:00-13:00.
3. לי למשל לא החליפו מצעים וגם לא מגבות הם טענו שבמידה והמגבות תלויות אז סימן שלא צריך להחליפם פעם ראשונה ששמעתי טענה מצחיקה כזו.
4. שרותים משותפים אבל המחיר דומה למחיר חדר שיש בו שרותים.
5. בארון אין מדפים רק חלל ריק אחד.
