We had a wonderful experience - we left feeling like we had made new friends.
Pros:

Great location - very close to the home of my Italian relatives in Basilicata, whom we were visiting; great service; spacious and clean rooms. The staff were exceptionally nice- very, very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a great stay.
