Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. De plus, la nourriture du restaurant de l’hôtel est bonne, on peut réserver des massages et demander à faire laver son linge.

Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir wieder in Ubud sind.

Das Personal war ganz toll. Hier könnte man neben dem Trubel in der Stadt zur Ruhe kommen.

The rooms and bathrooms could have been better. The towels were old and faded - read greyish white instead of white.

Situé à 9 km d’Ubud (env 20 mn en scooter), l’hôtel offre un calme apaisant et un cadre soigné et confortable. Sur place : 20 chambres, piscine, restaurant, massage à réserver la veille, laundry, etc. Tous les collaborateurs sont charmants et attentifs. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour

Ciò che ho apprezzato maggiormente è stata sicuramente la struttura, molto bella e curata nel suo stile, immersa in un contesto tranquillo e piacevole. Ho trovato particolarmente positiva la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e pronto ad aiutare quando necessario. Ho apprezzato inoltre la varietà dei servizi offerti dalla struttura, che hanno reso il soggiorno nel complesso confortevole e piacevole. È un luogo che consiglio soprattutto a chi cerca un ambiente rilassante e un po’ lontano dal caos del centro di Ubud.

Cons:

La struttura è molto bella e immersa nella tranquillità, ma uno degli aspetti da considerare è sicuramente la posizione, che risulta piuttosto distante dal centro di Ubud. Per questo motivo è praticamente necessario avere un mezzo di trasporto per spostarsi. Consiglio vivamente il noleggio di un motorino, che a Bali si rivela spesso la soluzione più comoda ed efficiente rispetto all’auto, soprattutto a causa del traffico intenso che può rendere gli spostamenti molto lunghi e stressanti.
Un altro punto che, a mio avviso, potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda la colazione. Sebbene la qualità fosse buona, le opzioni disponibili erano piuttosto limitate e la formula prevedeva la possibilità di scegliere solamente due elementi complessivi tra cibo e bevande. Questo rendeva la colazione poco varia e non particolarmente abbondante, soprattutto per chi desidera una maggiore scelta o ha esigenze alimentari specifiche. Un’offerta più ampia e flessibile contribuirebbe sicuramente a rendere l’esperienza complessiva ancora migliore.
