Perfect stay if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy road yet only few mins away from the main square. There aren't any restaurant options near the hotel but delivery aps work fine. Clean rooms and great pool
Menu for food options could be improved
I loved staying here!! The property was so serene and beautiful. I had a room with a pool view and it felt like I was immersed in nature. It was so peaceful! The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and accommodating! I didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again!
I also liked how they operated using a WhatsApp system so could message and ask about things.
The massage organised by the hotel was fantastic!
The location is very accessible too!
I loved my time at Queen at Gunung Sari and hope to come back soon!!

This has been one of the friendliest places I have stayed. The staff are so friendly and have helped me with anything I need. Also being able to stay in touch for WhatsApp. The rooms are clean, modern and comfy, also there is absolutely large water tank in the room too! Super fast WiFi and a TV with streaming services. I have absolutely loved my stay here and was sad to check out, which is rare for me.
The only thing was the small options for food on site, they did a breakfast deal but it meant I needed to go out for lunches and dinner every day.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Man ist mitten in der Natur aber in nur 10 Minuten im Zentrum oder bei Hotspots wie Yogabarn oder dem Affenwald. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß, die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Prozesse wie Check-In/Check-Out oder Zimmerreinigung funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht übertrieben oder gespielt freundlich – was ich sehr angenehm fand und schon ganz anders in Bali erlebt habe. Das Zimmer/die Villa war wunderschön eingerichtet und an Details wurde ebenfalls gedacht.
Mir persönlich wäre das Bett auf Dauer zu hart und auch die Polster fand ich etwas zu hart. Aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ok.
Außerdem ist der Wasserdruck der Dusche sehr leicht & bis das Wasser warm wird dauert es ein paar Minuten.
