Pros:

Het is een jong team, dat z'n best doet. Er ontbreekt echter deskundige leiding om hen aan te sturen en op de details te letten.

Cons:

Te weinig keus bij het ontbijt. Onvoldoende schoonmaak van de badkamer, een te slappe douchestraal en het ontbreken van de handdouche. Te weinig aandacht van het personeel. Het komt over alsof de voorzieningen niet gericht zijn op mensen die er een week verblijven.

Pros:

great, beautiful hotel with a lovely pool! quiet location, no street noise despite being very nicely located! i imagine the garden is also stunning when in season (not our case). kind restaurant and maintenance staff

Cons:

while the restaurant and maintenance staff were lovely, the reception staff could be a bit more welcoming as they are the first face you see. additionally, no staff was present for check out (early morning). room cleanliness was great, however there's some attention to detail lacking on the property itself. for example, a rubbish bin was knocked over somehow on the path to the rooms on day 1 of our stay, and it was not cleaned up during our entire stay... would expect just a bit more of a 4star hotel

Desconectarse estando cerca de todo.
Pros:

El personal muy amable. A pesar de estar bastante céntrico, no se encuentra en la calle principal lo que lo hace más tranquilo. Te puedes desconectar completamente.

Recomendable si no eres exigente con la limpieza
Pros:

La ubicación es buena. Llegas a una de las arterias de Ubud en 5 minutos. Alrededor del hotel hay de todo, desde laundry, supermercado, restautantes, etc. La habitación es amplia y el baño grande. Tiene una terraza que da a unos pequeños arrozales del hotel.

Cons:

La limpieza del baño no estaba del todo correcta. Tuvimos que comprar una botella de lejía para el water y ducha porque ya no nos daba la vida para buscar otro hotel. La cama tiene un dosel que no se si saben que eso se puede lavar de vez en cuando. Las almohadas hulen a humedad pero yo creo que eso ya es un mal endémico de muchos sitios. El desayuno es correcto pero el café y los zumos, reguleros

No se merece 4 estrellas.
Pros:

La ubicación estaba bien y el personal nos ayudo en lo que necesitamos, muy amables en todo momento.

Cons:

El desayuno es a la carta y limitado.
La limpieza deja que desear, el baño no estaba limpio desde el primer día y la ducha no tragaba bien el agua. Las toallas tenían manchas y olían a humedad.
Las instalaciones necesitan un buen mantenimiento ya que se ve deteriorada la madera de puertas y mobiliario.
La piscina no tenia el agua clara.

The breakfast included was good and for the price of the hotel stay. They offered Western, Continental and Indonesian food.

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom in the evenings after 5pm smelt like sewage. Not pleasant at all. The bathroom needs sone updating and maintenance. The bathtub plug didn’t work to unplug so the water couldn’t drain. I reported it to hotel staff and it was drained, the plug appeared still broken, though.

Emplacement parfait
Pros:

Les extérieurs sont vraiment très beaux, avec vue magnifique.
Le personnel est disponible et souriant.
L'hôtel est très bien placé donc on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds, c'est très agréable.
Le lit est confortable et la présence d'un petit frigo est fortement appréciable au vue de la chaleur à Bali.

Cons:

La chambre reste minimaliste avec des draps déchiré à l'arrivée (changé évidemment lorsque je leur ai signalé) et une chasse d'eau disfonctionnante que mon mari (plombier, ça tombe bien) à remit en piste à de nombreuses reprises. Hormis ces détails qui peuvent s'ajuster, le lieu reste agréable et très bien placé donc je le recommande.
