Pros:

L’emplacement dans les rizières est top, très calme ! Le restaurant est très bon et la chambre belle et très propre. Le personnel est vraiment super 😊 Je recommande à 100% !

Location is great. Best of both worlds. In the midst of peaceful rice fields but still near to the main shopping areas, and also near Campuhan Ridge

Odeur forte de la salle de bain compensée avec des produits plutot chimiques
On m’a dit que c’etait difficile de trouver un chauffeur scooter privé ici alors que j’ai fini par trouver l’option sur Grab assez simplement. Je me serai attendue a plus d’aide.

Restaurant au bord de la route donc un peu bruyant avec tous les scooters
Attention, l’adresse n’est pas la bonne. La vraie localisation se trouve a "ubud shanti rice field house" sans le "by supala" qui est plus proche de la route principal.
Attention, mai 2026: un immeuble en construction juste en face et travaux derrière ausi.
Si check out tot, peut etre pas d’aide pour les bagages ou alors anticipez bien.

Great value and great amenities and service!
Pros:

I’ve stayed in 3 different home stays now and feel like I can give a more accurate review now. This home stay was far and away the best of the 3.

They provided me with 2 towels that were not stiff from being air dried.
They provided coffee and tea and kettle in my room. My room on top floor was very large and had big windows for great lighting.

The toilet is closer to the bathroom door and so you don’t have to walk through leftover standing shower water to go to the toilet.

The owner/manager was never nosy or in my business or trying to sell me a tour. Available and promptly answered all my questions via WhatsApp.
I never heard any of the other guests.

The AC worked great!

WiFi worked great!

The walk to the main road was longer than my other home stays but it’s got beautiful views of rice fields along the walk so it’s worth it to be further away from a busy main road.

This home stay even has a nice pool unlike many others. The views from the top floor rooms are relatively nice for this price point.

Very nice staff and wonderful location.
Pros:

Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was located on an adorable pathway through the rice fields right outside the city. Great location. The pathway had shops, restaurants and other places to stay along the way.

Cons:

Grounds were nice but could have been more manicured. You cannot get to this place by a main road but they met us and helped us transport our luggage so no problem.

Séjour au calme très agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé, au calme dans la nature en 5/10mn à pied à peine de la rue principale. La piscine est très agréable au calme. Les chambres sont bien entretenues et fraîches. Le personnel est absolument adorable. Et la nourriture du petit déjeuner aussi délicieuse que généreuse, idem pour le restaurant que nous avons fait plusieurs fois, l’attente est assez courte et les repas très bons. C’est très bien pensé pour nos touristes avec nos problèmes d’estomacs fragiles : des glaçons achetés au supermarché (donc eau minérale), et source d’eau minérale à disposition 24/24. On recommande à 300%.

Hotel hyper calme, confortable et personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Hotel charmant avec un personnel tres accueillant - très propre et très confortable. Petit dejeuner parfait au coeur des rizieres. A 5/10 m à pied du centre ville - au calme. Nous avons voulu rester davantage mais il était complet dommage.

Pros:

Das kleine Hotel hat insgesamt fünf große Zimmer und liegt inmitten der Reisfelder. Es ist gepflegt, in balinesischen Stil und sehr ruhig am Rice Field Walk gelegen, man kann also gleich vom Hotel aus losgehen. Auch der Campuhan Rich Walk ist gut zu erreichen, wenn auch etwas entfernter, aber der hat uns leider nicht besonders überzeugt. Die Betten sind ehe etwas härter, aber noch ok. Der Pool ist warm, recht groß und es gibt einige Liegen. Man braucht zu Fuß nur 5-10 min ins Zentrum von Ubud; nur zu Fuß oder Scooter erreichbar. Der Weg ist in Ordnung, nachts empfiehlt sich ein Handy oder eine Taschenlampe. Die Warung ist gut, eine größere Frühstückskarte haben nahegelegene Restaurants in den Reisfeldern. Candra und Mane kümmern sich sehr freundlich um die Gäste. Meine Tochter hatte ihren Garmin vergessen und sie haben sie zuverlässig unserem Fahrer Putu übergeben, sodas er sie uns am Hafen überbringen konnte - wir waren so dankbar!!! Die Reisfelder sind sehr hübsch anzusehen und für balinesische Verhältnisse recht sauber.

Pros:

Highly recommend this place! 😊 The local of this place,went above and beyond - picked me up super late at night due to my delayed flight and helped with luggage, and even did the same when I left.Because this place is only accessible by scooter or on foot.
The room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. Loved the quiet vibe, yet it’s right in Ubud’s heart. Big thanks to Candra and Mane for making my stay awesome!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever said for the price and also how clean everything is. Been traveling to different places and I miss shanti rice field house everytime nothing compared to this one. It is so quiet but also just a 10 mins walk to the center I could not recommend it more!

I love everything, I arrived very late at night and they were expecting me to help me with my baggage and everything. Real nice welcome!

Cons:

I love everything but I stayed 5 nights and they only have one continental option. I must say that the breakfast was really good but it would be nice to have, for instance, a pancake option in the continental breakfast to not having eggs every day.
