It has rained a lot and our jungle room had a smell because of the humidity. However, we got another room, which was lovely and with no smell.

The pool is not for the ones who don't know swimming.. we asked for pool tubes and then later we got it. Apart from it everything is so good. Located abit inside from the city.

Stinky room, smelly bed linen, providing ALaCarte menu with no items available and special mention about the front desk staff Arika very rude and disrespectful don’t know hospitality at all, and leave no room for customers to realize that they are not welcome at all.
She was treating us like she’s is doing any favors on us, interact with her twice both times she failed as a host. I don’t know why she was there with her long face and negative attitude.
Отличный просторный номер, на балконе есть вентилятор, можно делать зарядку утром. Предлагается питание, но мы не успели попробовать. Бассейн, ресторан, спа, есть всё необходимое. Ванна у окна ♥️ Тихий красивый район. На байке до центра 8 минут.

La chambre était propre, très spacieuse, le personnel très gentil. L'établissement est calme, situé à 15/20 min du centre dUbud en scooter.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste besorgt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wird auf Wunsch sogar auf dem Zimmer serviert. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.
