A relaxing and happy stay. Hope to return soon.
Pros:

Beautiful setting and rooms. Spotlessly cean. Wonderful staff who made you feel wecome and nothing was too much trouble
A lovely surprise to have the bed decorated and cake for our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful.

Cons:

My only concern was for the staff having to carry all the food from the kitchen to the restaurent.
They never complained. I may not be easy to change.

Overall the stay was comfortable and fun, staff was good and the room was very good😊
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is the room and the staff. Staff was very polite ,helpful, and friendly. However, the room that we stayed in was beyond fantastic, beautiful, big spacious, and clean.

Cons:

The menu needs more items. Otherwise we had no issues. The food was average.

Relaksujące piękne miejsce idealne na kilka dni w Ubud
Pros:

Piękny obiekt ,wspaniała willa ,czysta ,wielkie łóżko ,łazienka na dobrym poziomie i też wielka z widokiem na basen ,w basenie szum fontanny.
Piękny taras restauracyjny z widokiem na dżunglę.
Jedzenie dobre ,pyszne śniadania .

Very nice and comfortable place.
Pros:

Surprisingly big bed and very comfortable mattress. I've slept really well, with minimal sounds coming from outside. Beautiful bathroom with shower and bath tube. Amazing very helpful and professional staff. Very nice hotel!

A very nice boutique hotel.
Pros:

The room was large, with a massive bathroom and extra large king bed. With a table work/ computer desk.
Aircon was effective, and it had a small fridge.
Food at the restaurant was somewhat limited, but that was understandable given it really only catered for the few guests. It was also relatively expensive, especially especially the Starter course and dessert.
The Cultural Mask dance Dinner was great, but only 3 couples (all house guests) attended.
The hotel is a little out of the way from the city centre, but that meant it was quieter, and they run a shuttle cart to the Palace.
Staff were very friendly and quite efficient.
Ample supply of bottled water.
Food is Halal, so OK for Moslems.
The pool area is nice.

Cons:

The coffee machine in the Cafe area being more reliably working, and an earlier than 7am start for breakfast would have been good.
The toilet tissue holder in our room was at ankle height.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Frische Säfte und tolle Massagen. Erholung pur. Die Poolvilla und auch die Jubglevilla mit Pool sind einfach super.

Cons:

An sich nichts.
Das Restaurant ist teurer im Vergleich zu anderen und im Vergleich von vor 2 Jahren als wir dort waren, gab es früher mehr Auswahl.

À ce tarif, l'établissement présente un aspect vieillissant et un manque de propreté qui nécessite un rafraîchissement. On y observe également la présence de poussières, araignées et de fourmis.

Pros:

Le personnel était adorable et l’endroit sublime !

Cons:

Les produits manquants à la carte du room service le second soir, il restait un dessert sur 4.
Et la suite vue jungle, sublime certes mais ne fait pas du tout 130 m2 ahah a peine la moitié.

Mooi kleinschalig complex
Pros:

Prachtig aangelegd complex, zwembad goed. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Vlakbij centrum van Ubud.

Cons:

De kussens van de ligbedden bij het zwembad mogen weleens in de was.
Synthetisch beddengoed.
