Perfect
Pros:

Right next to the monkey forest/bars/restaurants… everything you need.
Staff are incredibly helpful and polite - hotel is very clean and modern.
Book the breakfast as an option … it’s unreal (crispy eggs Benedict to die for!)
My wife left her Dyson hairdryer in the drawer, it was sent by Grqb bike to new hotel 90mins away immediately!

Cons:

WiFi is ok but not perfect - think it’s an Ubud thing.

Pros:

Mooi hotel alles is in het nieuw gestoken echter waren ze wel nog bezig met verbouwen van de kamers op de 3de verdieping tijdens ons verblijf. Dit deden ze ook in de nacht waardoor wij 2 nachten iets minder goed hebben geslapen door lawaai. Verder was het een leuk hotel dicht bij monkey forest. Het personeel was ook heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, vooral "soupi".

Cons:

Het lawaai door de verbouwing op het 3de verdiep.
Ook de douche ging van heel warm naar heel koud.

Staff are amazing, incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Hotel was clean and very comfortable, we loved the pool area. Food was great, especially breakfast. Zero complaints.

Great location and the staff were more than excellent! So helpful and so friendly! Nice clean, comfortable rooms with a nice pool. Would definitely stay again!

Nice and clean - close to attractions, lift and meals near the road, free local entertainment at night

Cons:

If the put a ramp at one of the entry steps then would be suitable for wheelchairs as internal was good for a wheel chair

Le lit qui était confortable

Cons:

Le petit dej à la carte du genre soit un thé soit un café noir mais si on aime aucun des deux alors on paye un supplément … je payais au fur et à mesure pour avoir mon café latte… à la fin le responsable dit à ma sœur non ne payer pas les boissons chaud du petit dej … !!!! Je ne vous parle même pas de l emplacement bcp trop de bruit de voiture des motos … énormément de monde … les routes sont désastreuses , et les trottoirs une catastrophe .. on était avec deux petits et un bébé en poussette donc énormément de stress … on avait du mal à traverser la route sans peur … bref pas du tout à refaire désolé
