The huge bathtub and the huge bathroom and the huge room.

The service is excellent

Cons:

Need to climb down to the room from reception. Climb down to the restaurant for breakfast then climb up back to the room or reception if going out to Ubud town

There are ants enjoying the food if u drop food in the room

Best in its area!
Pros:

This is the best hotel in this area! The staff the rooms the kindness is outstanding! Very clean and beautiful environment! I highly recommend to everyone! For example I went to visit a Temple at 6am the reception staff have prepared the breakfaat for me for take away on my demand! I could also extend my stay by 2 hours without a problem after checkout! Very nice people! This is the best place!

Все було чудово: апартаменти просто шикарні, великі, зі всіма зручностями, навіть кавова машина з кавою. Дуже гарний вид з номеру на територію готелю. Можна сказати у вас окрема вілла серед природи.
Сніданок в готелі теж дуже смачний і можна обирати кожного дня щось інше з меню, в т.ч. фреші, кава, випічка.
Великий класний басейн серед зелені та джунглів. Територія всього готелю дуже велика і красива. Але треба враховувати, що до ресторану і басейну готелю треба спускатися сходами і назад потім підніматися, якщо є якісь проблеми з цим)

Otel çok güzel , doğa içerisinde. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Odası büyüktü.

Cons:

Tuvalette bir koku vardı ve en önemlisi otelde odalara ulaşmak için asansör yok , yüzlerce basamak inip çıkmak zorundasınız. Herhangi bişeyi odada unutursanız geri dönmek mümkün değil

1. The staff were extremely nice, polite!
2. Breakfast was well organized.
3. Suits have good layout.

Cons:

1. The property has a very narrow entrace. Only one vehicle at a point can get in. If another vehicle is approaching from the other end, one of them have to go back all the way.
2. Some of the rooms are so far down requiring to take many steps down from the entrace.
3. One of the suits we were staying had bad smell in the bathroom

Przepięknie położony na zboczu hotel, wśród bujnej roślinności w bliskiej odległości od głównej ścieżki spacerowej do Ubud. A jednocześnie cicho, z dala od zgiełku miasta. Aranżacja wnętrza, wystrój pokoju i dodatki na najwyższym poziomie. Pokój przestronny z wygodnym łóżkiem, z piękna wanną. Bardzo dobre śniadania, miły i uprzejmy personel hotelu. Pobyt w tym miejscu był wyjątkowy.

Les escaliers au premier abord, mais il est possible d'être récupéré sur le parking du bas.

Большой красивый номер со всеми удобствами, центр Убуда недалеко, передвигаясь на байках Граб, можно посмотреть много достопримечательностей Убуда и окрестностей, можно заказать услугу стирки вещей и еды из ресторана в номер, вкусные завтраки- можно выбирать каждый день новый

Единственный момент, который можно улучшить персоналу- это подача завтрака в указанное время, а не с задержкой в полчаса и больше.
