Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Graubünden.
Pros:

Ein charmantes Hotel mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war sauber, nicht zu groß und hatte einen hübschen kleinen Balkon.
Der Wellnesbereich war wunderbar. Die Saunen waren sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch.
Das Gourmetessen im Restaurant La Cucina war köstlich. Das personal war sehr freundlich und professionell.

Cons:

Minus Punkt: Der kleine Außenpoll für alle Gäste gleichzeitig etwas zu klein.

So wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Schön und erholsam.
Pros:

Sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück aber trotzdem merkt man das hier möglichst wenig verschwendet wird und auch auf die Umwelt wird geachtet. Auch die Lounge ist sehr schön gemacht mit dem Feuer in der Mitte, gemütlich und angenehm. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

It would be great if at check-in advice had been given that the booked room was underneath the restaurant and next to the spa and therefore noisy. We would have been happy to pay more for another room. This room wasn't good value for money.

Sehr angenehme und ruhige Ferientage.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und die Auswahl der Speisen war aussergewöhnlich vielfältig. Das Zimmer war klein, aber schön. Das Essen im dazugehörenden Restaurant war sehr fein, jedoch eher teuer. Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich und humorvoll.

Cons:

Was uns missfiel, war der geringe Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Wenn dies aus Wasserspargründen so dosiert wurde, finden wir dies doch eher irritierend. So dauerte der jeweilige Duschvorgang doppelt so lange bis man z.B. das Shampoo aus den Haaren gespült hatte. Im SPA-Bereich, waren die Duschen gut eingestellt.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren super nett, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und man wurde umsorgt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut
Die Bar mit dem Kamin ist auch sehr gemütlich.
Es war sehr sehr sauber
Das Budget Zimmer war gut, am Abend hat man noch ein wenig Geräusche gehört, aber die Nacht und der Morgen waren ruhig. Es hat im Zimmer wunderbar nach Arvenholz gerochen, das Bett ist bequem.

Die Zimmer waren super gemütlich und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl am Empfang wie auch im Restaurant. Das Frühstück war super frisch und lecker und die Aussicht aus dem Hotel war super. Der 24h geöffnete indoor Pool war ebenfalls ein schönes Extra.

Cons:

Leider war der Outdoor Pool defekt zum Zeitpunkt und das Wasser im Indoor Pool etwas kühl, aber wir hatten wohl gerade den Falschen Zeitpunkt erwischt, ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Gut waren das Frühstück und die Lage direkt am Wanderweg. Nach dem kostenlosen Upgrade für die letzte Nacht war das Zimmer sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer der niedrigsten Kategorie gebucht, ein anderes war am Buchungsdatum nicht mehr verfügbar.
Das Zimmer entsprach in keinster Weise einem 4 Sterne Standard. Der Wellnessbereich ist winzig, sehr übersichtlich und nicht ausreichend für die Gäste bei voller Auslastung.
Am zweiten unserer fünf Tage fiel die Wärmepumpe aus und somit das warme Wasser im gesamten Haus.
Die Hotelleitung sah allerdings keine Notwendigkeit, die Gäste zu informieren oder in irgendeiner Weise zu besänftigen.
