Cons:

Personal maleducado e impresentable, tuvieron un error en el precio y en vez de avisar/cancelar con tiempo (6 días tenían), una mujer me llamó por teléfono dos horas antes de la llegada, de malos modos, como si la culpa fuese mía, para acabar responsabilizando a Booking del error, y finalizar la llamada diciendo que a ese precio no me daba la habitación y colgando el teléfono, en ningún momento me dejó hablar ni se molestó en buscar ni proponer una solución. Posteriormente mientras llamo a Booking me llega un correo de Booking comunicado que el hotel les ha informado que no he cumplido con sus condiciones durante mi estancia y que debido a la gravedad de los hechos piden acortar mi estancia, cuando ni siquiera había entrado por la puerta. En fin, el personal de un negocio transmite como es el negocio. Voy bastante a Vigo y por suerte hay una cantidad de hoteles con mejores características y personal que este.

La ubicacion es muy buena. Lacma y almohadas para mi muy buenas.
El baño el unico pero porque lo que es la ducha es un poco pequeña.
