Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Zimmer sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, das Frühstück hervorragend, das ganze Personal sehr freundlich, Sie sprechen auch Deutsch

Très beau séjour d'une semaine avec une hôtellerie de grande qualité. Hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

Déjeuner très copieux et variés. Très apprécié la salle des déjeuners très claire et spacieuse. Ambiance familliale et symphatique, personnel au petits soins

Cons:

La cuisine du restaurant a été calamiteuse. Qualité prix pas au rendez-vous !
Nous avons pris deux fois le menu et nous avons été profondément déçu de la qualité de la cuisine.

Ascona und Lucarno in einem, gepaart mit Sonnenuntergang
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick ist herrlich. Frühstück ist reichlich. Betten sind gut. Gastronomisches Angebot ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und informativ. Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichem Bus ist gut. TicinoCard Angebot ist gut.

Cons:

Die Ausfahrten von den diversen Parkplätzen ( wegen der Pavillonbauweise in der Anlage gibt es mehrere) sind in Abhängigkeit von Lage und Niveau zur Durchgangsstraße besser nur mit Unterstützung zu passieren. Es gibt außer den (z.T. unübersichtlichen) Kurven keine Mittel zur Temporeduktion ( Bodenschwellen und / oder Tempolimit könnten hilfreich sein).
Bei den zahlreichen steingepflasterten Wegen innerhalb der grünen Anlage ist gutes Schuhwerk empfehlenswert.
(kleiner Vermutstropfen: Die Balkonbrüstungshöhe ist nichtmehr an die heutige statistische Größenverteilung durchschnittlicher Mitteleuropäer angepasst und daher ideal für Kinder und ältere Menschen.)

Abschalten bei grandiosen Aussichten
Pros:

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt, ruhige Anlage, atemberaubende Aussichten, nette Menschen. Ich könnte mir allerdings vorstellen, dass die fehlende Klimaanlage im Hochsommer doch den ein oder anderen zum schwitzen bringt… Ich habe sie bei den aktuell vorherrschenden Temperaturen nicht vermisst :-)

Lage, Personal, Frühstück und Zimmer Top, Pool und Essen Flop.
Pros:

Lage und Frühstück top, das Nachtessen war leider viel zu teuer. Wir haben für 3 Personen 220.- bezahlt, und sind anschliessend in ein Restaurant essen gegangen weil wir noch Hunger hatten....

Cons:

Der Pool war sehr schmutzig, hatte viele Haare im Wasser. Leider nicht sehr einladend....
