Pros:

Trevlig och hjäpsam personal personal. Rent och snyggt. Enkelt rum med skön säng, nattlampa, papperskorg för skräp och handfat.

Emplacement et propreté rien à dire

Cons:

Arrivé à 21h avec mes enfants nous avons attendu près de 20min à l’accueil. Il n’y avait personne et la borne à carte automatique était HS. J’ai cru que j’allais devoir réserver un autre logement à 21h30 avec mes deux enfants…
Nous étions 7/8 clients dans le même cas à attendre après une personne qui est arrivée sans excuses.

IL FAUT REVOIR L ÉTATS DES CHAMBRES car radiateurs décroché du mur ,parking dégueulasses, douche seulement un tuyau pour se laver c eT compliqué après dans une douche il on mis un nouveau tuyau avec douchette .couette toute tâché. Il faut faire des contrôles aménagement et hygiène. IL FAUT DIRE AUSSI QUE LES GENS SONT SALE CAR IL JETAIS PAR LES FENÊTRE.

Confort, agréable,accueillant et à l écoute des clients

Très bonne accueil ,,très bo.ne réception,,Abdullah et kadiija nous aider à trouver le calme dans la bonne humeur .je recommande vivement cette hôtel.. Au plaisir d y retourner, merci à tous.. pour votre accueil et votre sourire..
