Pros:

Breakfast was great! The room was big and very clean. And it was quiet, which is good because we brought our pet and often hotels will put you in the noisiest area when you have a dog. Overall, great experience.

Cons:

It came with a spa tub, that had broken knobs. It was fine, since we didn't plan on using the tub.

Pros:

Lily, the evening front desk person was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

No elevator, breakfast was basic, tv was very limited, guest washing machine did not work. Overall, we were not impressed.

Double beds were not so comfortable for 4 people. No bedside table on the right side so had to use my luggage to hold my phone & glasses
