Excellent value for money in an ideal location.
Pros:

The room was very nice, modern and clean. A really good bathroom and big shower, the bed was very comfty. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Such good value for money and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

The room was properly filthy, under the bed, the windows and the bathroom. I’m not a fussy guy but it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in YEARS

Well kept, Amazing clean, comfortable and Perfect for little couple getaaways.
Pros:

The room was a perfect size very clean and the amount of storage room was amazing. The breakfast was really nice and the service was amazing. The bathroom was really spectacular was of the nicest hotel bathrooms I’ve been in. The dressing table with the hairdryer was a really nice bonus. The room service was amazing as well.

Cons:

Got a little cold but that’s expected with the age of the building and where it’s located. The room was a little dusty but also that’s expected with the type of building it is. Other than that there is nothing bad I have to say about the property of our stay we definitely will be coming again.

Great location for seeing sights
Pros:

Location was great for things we needed to do.
View of river was good.

Cons:

Room was in poor condition for the deluxe one I booked, looking slightly worn and needs some TLC, 2 kettles in room, hairdryer didn’t work. Wall light not secure with wires exposed. Bed very hard. No access to Lils for breakfast due to river bursting banks again.

Location was very good, staff were very polite, room was clean and ready on arrival.

Cons:

Unable to make contact before arrival date via email or phone call, when discussed on arrival staff was unshocked about this. Although room was clean, there is evidence of windows leaking, damp on walls, bed was damp and room smelt of damp and mould, Bathroom was mouldy in the shower area and various floor tiles broken, to the point that we had step over tiles to avoid cutting our feet.

Great location, with beautiful view.

Cons:

Room was dirty, pillow cases were black same with bedding. Carpet was stains all over. Room was freezing, bathroom radiator was also leaking, would not book again or recommend.

La décoration, le lit confortable, l'espace dans la salle de bain, le porte serviette chauffant, l'emplacement de l'hôtel

Cons:

4 serviettes sur 5 étaient tâchées, et 2 oreillers sur 4 étaient également tâchés et également très abîmés au niveau du tissu pour l'un ou 2 d'entre eux, de plus le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait aussi dans l'armoire un très grand ventilateur recouvert de poussière qui ne m'a du coup pas donné envie d'y pendre mes vêtements

You get what you pay for
Pros:

I liked the price of £48 per night and that the train station was less than £7 to get there.
The person who checked me in/gave me my room key was nice, friendly and efficient. The room was quiet.

Cons:

The bed had a fleece blanket on it but it was dirty, and the good quality white towels were stained. The bed was sunken in so quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The duvet was heavy and too hot for a room with no proper ventilation There were drip marks on the walls from who knows what and there were several broken bathroom floor tiles. The room and ensuite had a very musty smell with mold on the ceiling above the shower. There were 2 wall lights above the bed that wouldn't work and the window opened to large exhaust pipes and was a toliet spot for pigeons. No view.
