The restaurant and bar area was very nice, staff pleasant and helpful, we had a meal at dinner and breakfast both very good, maybe dinner menu a little over priced but I guess your in a city. Enjoyed the walk from the hotel into the city centre, which took approx 20mins.
Stayed in a family room, was run down and shabby and very small, felt claustrophobic, was very warm and the sofa bed was not suitable for two 13 year olds. Didn’t feel clean. The bathroom also very small, no where suitable to hang 4 bath towels to dry ready for the next day. Fixtures on the wall hanging on by a thread, the light on the dressing table did not work and the lamp stand in the corner was almost falling over, also did not work because there was no plug to plug it in. Carpets need a good cleaning or changing and the room itself needs redecorating, a freshen up. The main bed had really small pillows. The bed was comfortable.

Easy to find, nice and clean, surrounding area seemed nice and quiet, tea and coffee in the room and also extra for you to top up the station just through the entrance. Free parking.

The room was too small for a family of 4. You couldn’t move. It was like a game of jenga. The breakfast was a joke. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Seemed the hotel was ran by teens who didn’t have the experience or want to be there.

We've been here before and the accommodation was just as good. The staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Because of the hot weather, the room air conditioning was a blessing.

Really quick to help. My room was adjusted before I even made it back from reception as I wanted the sofa bed to be returned to a sofa. All the staff are friendly, smart , and very responsive.
