A nice hotel, within easy walking distance of York centre

Expensive time & irritating to be harassed by parking fine company
Pros:

Bedroom was fine & spacious. Not very 4 star.

Cons:

Bathroom was tired & small.
Got chased by Parking eye with £100 fine although we were customers with free parking. When I. Mentioned parking the reception said it was free & I added reg to the booking/payment details
Parking eye are sharks! So not impressed to be chased by them as a hotel customer.

Pros:

Liked the fresh water lemon as you came in . Liked the dog bowls . Liked the table with milk suger ect on incase guest ran out . Really good idea

Cons:

Didn't like my TV didn't wrk but staff got it sorted within half hour. Didn't like the fact I had asked for a fan in my room and I struggle to breath I have a lung disease and wasn't one there so I didn't sleep well . Also could of done with plastic cups in bathroom when brushing teeth .

Pros:

Good facilities and clean, spacious bedroom. Restuarant was good for dinner too.

Cons:

Ensuite shower room was really small and considering the amount of parkrunners who stay here, they should keep breakfast on till 10.30am so they can enjoy breakfast after the run.
