convenient and very comfortable and easy access to A64.

Makes premier inn look like the ritz 🤬😩🤬

Old ,superior room, no chance the smallest bathroom ive ever TRIED to use ,so small I had to squeeze between the toilet and washbasin to shut the door,apparently it’s a superior room because you get tea and coffee and luxury soap,parking was supposed to be free but it was full so had to park on kerb on the road,pillows not my idea of comfort,bedroom windows filthy on the outside.

Pros:

We have stayed here several times. It is ideally located for the weekly Parkrun at the racecourse and was also convenient for a local gig we were attending. Our room was fine although for some reason the bedding seemed too small for the bed size. Probably just a mistake.
Breakfast buffet was very good and fully available from 7pm which suited us very well. I'm certain we'll be back.

Overall I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The staff were, without exception, polite and attentive. The view from my room was delightful.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. The water in the basin and shower didn’t drain away very effectively.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life
Pros:

The kettle worked

Cons:

No tea or biscuits, bed was unbelievably hard a d was just two singles pushed together, room was roasting even with heating off and window open (in middle of February), mouse hole in the wall, paper thin walls, could hear everything from neighbouring rooms

Great Hotel. Great Breakfast. Terrible Evening Meal. Poor Half Board evening food.

Great location. On the bus route. Nice Clean room. Spacious bar area and dining.

Cons:

Had half board deal. But evening meal was terrible. Could only choose from about 4 main meals. My Pate starter came already spread on ordinary bread because they did not have Sourdough as shown on menu. Butter provided but how could I use it on pate spread on the toast. RETURNED it for Gluten free bread and a portion of pate on the side. Husband had Fish and peas but the batter was soft and some soggy inside. No Main for me as I didn't like the poor choice. Both had Passion fruit cheesecake which was freezing cold and like TASTED like curdled custard with a Purple coloured ball of ice cream. Horrible. Sorrrel and something. Urghh
The BREAKFAST however was excellent.
Will Stay again as we like the Hotel but we will avoid any evening food.
