Close to where we needed to be
The room wasn't very clean. Dirt on windowsill.
Clean and friendly
Lovely clean room, comfortable bed. Good hotel with parking. Great location as only 10 minutes away from town centre. Bus top near hotel so very convenient and cheaper to travel into town by bus. There's an option to order food till late and delivered to your room.
No fridge in room.

One of the best hotels 🏨 we've stayed at staff we're great got to mention Ruby was super helpful and attentive.
Door's could do to be a little more soft close in the morning in order not to disturb guest's still sleeping 😴.
Clean and large rooms
The big tree out the front needs cutting back as it’s blocking the hotel sign from the road .
The staff were so friendly and would offer help at all times. The distance was approx 35 min walk from the center which was an easy walk, and felt safe. Breakfast was substantial and enjoyable.

Va migliorato il servizio pulizia, sia negli ambienti comuni (sala colazione con tavoli non sparecchiati e sempre sporchi) e il servizio pulizia camera (su 4 notti abbiamo trovato una sera ka camera non fatta)

Bathroom was very small
We have used several times on our visits to York. Great location 20 min walk or very short bus ride to town.
Free parking. Staff are lovely
On this occasion room was a bit tired and not as clean as expected… Bed sheets were immaculate so made up for the room itself.
Morning woken at 7am By a travel bus who kept Engine running right outside our window for a solid hour.
Woke us so not a relaxing stay…. This time.

I didn't like the room I booked ,air condition wasn't working so room temperature like at sauna, bathroom didn't work correctly as drain was stuck ...room not ready when I came for 4 people as I booked not even had 4 cup ready in the room ...very disappointed for the overal stay and money paid ...one bed comfortable the other was horrible the sofa bed sprung out not comfortable sleeping 2 horror night sleep on springs with very hot weather and room was like sauna where u can't be more than needed

Het hotel was goed bereikbaar, fijne ligging. Mooie schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Eten was goed, zowel 's-avonds als ontbijt. Leuk terras om nog even een drankje te nuttigen en van t late middag zonnetje te genieten.
Het ontbrak wat aan sfeer in de eetzaal, maar dat zie je vaker bij grotere hotels. Het was warm in de kamer en dat al voor de maand mei.
