Sehr gut ausgestattete , neue Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal . Innen alles neu. Zentral zur Altstadt

Cons:

das Internet hakte, aber auch hier wurde am Problem gearbeitet, bis es gelöst war.
Gebäude von außen nicht so ansprechend

Pros:

Ich liebe es, wie entgegenkommend das Personal war!! Das macht für mich einfach den Unterschied, wenn ich mich willkommen fühle als Gast.
Toll ist auch die Großzügigkeit: kostenlose Getränke auf dem Zimmer und ich konnte mir jederzeit Cappuccino holen an der Kaffeemaschine unten. Außerdem steht Gebäck, Süßes und Obst an der Rezeption bereit.
Auch um den späten Check-in wurde sich super gekümmert, als mein Zug Verspätung hatte.
Frühstück sehr umfangreich und frisch.
Bett war auch super, groß und ganz stabile dicke Matratze (Boxspringbett).

Kurzer Aufenthalt wegen familienbesuch

Sehr nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer, Parken aus Kulanz umsonst (da noch nicht alles funktioniert, s.u.)

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde neu übernommen. Aktuell ging das WLAN noch nicht und der Wellness-Bereich war auch noch nicht zugänglich. Außerdem gab es keinen Lift, was bei größerem Gepäck evtl. schwierig wird. Schön wäre auch ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Wenn die „Kinderkrankheiten“ gefixt sind, bestimmt ein sehr gutes Hotel.
