Not a hotel I look forward to staying any time soon with the present state of things.
Pros:

Staff seem very disinterested, unmotivated, and very slow. The rooms are large but look very unkempt. The air conditioner in the room does not work, and it makes a lot of noise. The hotel is not well managed. The furniture has seen better days. It needs a total revamp.

There is should be dedication to maintenance of the rooms.
Pros:

The air conditioner was fair enough. The bed sheets were not neat. I saw a living cockroach as soon as l entered the room. There was a life spider and a cobweb in the bathroom. The remote control was not functional, I had to change the channel and adjust the volume manually. There was only tea and no option of coffee.

Cons:

Clean bedsheets and bathroom. Working TV with more than one channel showing. Option of coffee in addition to the only option of tea.
