Pros:

Juste l'emplacement

Cons:

Le personnel ne s'inquiétait pas pour le bien être des clients.
Il y a des coupures d'eau et d'électricité puis personne ne vous ramène une solution alternative.
Il y a des sachets de chocolat chaud dont on ne te donne rien pour y préparer

Food - Breakfast absolutely not great.
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible. It was just 2 slices of bread with a bit of egg inside, and a cup of tea. According to them, they only offer one sandwich for breakfast. If you are expecting a proper meal, you'll be disappointed. Breakfast rejected.
Day 2, same sandwich but with a bowl of porridge and no cup of tea.

Cons:

They did not like me complaining.
If you don't complain, then they will be happy with you.
Besides that, everything seemed ok.

More work needs to be done in Room 13,specially the washroom .
Pros:

Was my third time visiting.The previous 2 times were amazing but the recent experience wasn’t the best at all.
Customer service was excellent but the
1.Washroom had no soap until I requested.
2.The towel was extremely old and looked like a rag.
3.Water closet seat was broken but placed on the toilet which is very dangerous for a bathroom fall.
4.Hot water wasn’t working.
5.WiFi connection was very poor and couldn’t use it the whole night.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience as a third time visitor.
The bathroom was bad that I had to skip my morning bath.
