More work needs to be done in Room 13,specially the washroom .
Pros:

Was my third time visiting.The previous 2 times were amazing but the recent experience wasn’t the best at all.
Customer service was excellent but the
1.Washroom had no soap until I requested.
2.The towel was extremely old and looked like a rag.
3.Water closet seat was broken but placed on the toilet which is very dangerous for a bathroom fall.
4.Hot water wasn’t working.
5.WiFi connection was very poor and couldn’t use it the whole night.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience as a third time visitor.
The bathroom was bad that I had to skip my morning bath.
