Pros:

We liked nothing at the apartment because we didn't stay. When we arrived, the receptionist took a long time to book us in. When they finally took us to the apartment, it was not an apartment that was stated on booking.com and not what I had booked, it was a double room. We showed the accepted confirmation booking, that it was an apartment with 2 beds and the other amenities that came with it. The owner was called, we spoke with them, however, they wanted us to pay more money than what was stated, even with the slightly changed exchange rates. We explained that they need to honor the price of the apartment that they confirmed when I booked on the website. They completely refused to do so and insisted that we should pay more if we want the apartment, we ended up leaving. Its not acceptable that these businesses are refusing to accept and honour the confirmation booking from the booking.com website. I also don't think booking.com is doing enough to hold these businesses accountable.

Soap should come with the room

The thing that wasn't good is the fact that the room comes with no soap and when I asked for some I had to pay for it also some water in the fridge it'll be awesome the room was clean over all but it could've been better

Very quiet and comfortable but more expensive than it is advertised as.
Pros:

It was quiet and comfortable. Nana Aquiea the secretary made me happy to stay there.

Cons:

There are no places to eat nearby after hours. They have their own exchange rate from dollars to Cedi so the price that you see online is not the one you pay. The price you pay is more expensive than what is listed online. It’s kind of a scam.
