They tried to charge me more then what i booked online. They were trying to pay ad commission which was 108 something for booking.com. which was showing on his phone.

After our confirmation through booking, we arrived there for check in and the reception regret to check us in because they do not accept foreigners. How can I book through booking a hotel what is not allowed for foreigners? Either it should be mentioned or booking should remove it from the list
