Pros:

C'est vrai, l'hôtel est un peu délabré, mais le désagrément est uniquement visuel. Si les chambres étaient vendues au tarif resort (500.000 la nuit et +), il y aurait probablement de quoi se plaindre, mais là, pour le tarif d'un simple homestay (200.000) on a une grande chambre, un bon lit, un balcon, une climatisation qui marche, un frigo, une douche chaude, et, chose rare à Ambon, une chambre au calme (à condition de prendre côté mer et non côté route). Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant. Bref un très bon confort pour une somme modique.

Cons:

Petit problème de check-in, le gardien de nuit n' avait pas été prévenu de notre arrivée. Le restaurant n' est pas trop cher mais pas extraordinaire (cuisine très salée), toutefois en sortant dans la rue il y a plusieurs endroits où manger à proximité.

The staff was very helpful

Cons:

It wasn't all that clean. The toilet seat was next to the toilet, the wall plugs were only half in the wall. The fridge was dirty and the extension chords was faulty.

Lovely staff, great view, great food, good facilities and amazing value.
Pros:

We stayed for over a month to have a break from our yacht. Our family hired two deluxe rooms. We anchored out the front and kept our dinghy safe right in front of the restaurant.

This is a great place to stay. Our rooms had a balcony and ocean view. The staff are amazing and will do absolutely anything to help. They are really lovely people.

The restaurant is great. Nice food, big servings, beer, some western dishes like crisp fries and steak, the price is good and it's a perfect place to hang out right next to the ocean.

This is a budget place so don't expect The Intercontinental but it's incredible value for money which is important to us. Normally we could never dream of our whole family staying in a hotel for weeks like this.

Our rooms had good air conditioning, a fridge, the staff gave us a kettle, big comfy beds, and our own bathroom of course. I would highly recommend this place to sailors who want to get off their boat or have a good meal, and anyone who would like a nice, peaceful and comfortable place with a good view next to the ocean. It's not far to the town and certainly a much more peaceful area.

Very dirty hotel and not worth your money even though it’s cheap.
Pros:

Nothing, really bad rooms and very dirty

Cons:

Staf wasn’t helpful when I wanted to cancel because the whole bedroom was full of mold. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this is just a scam.

Nice location, 10 minute gojek ride from the city
Pros:

Perfect staff, they, helped me with everything wich can be key in a crazy city like ambon. Even let me phone call from a private phone. Bed was great, not to hard, not to soft. Highly recommend

Cons:

Nothing. Very clean, even for Western standards
