The worst place and for a lot of money - 1.4 million rupees a night - we escaped from there. The smell inside is impossible. Everything is deserted. I do not recommend it to anyone. The staff didn't even ask why we were leaving. We have never experienced such disappointment before. In Lombok, for example, for 800 000rp we had cleanliness, tidiness, unbelievable staff, views, our own pool, impeccable amenities, etc. All in all, a waste of money

Nothing to like

Stumble accross this hotel and decided to stay with my family, they gave us the family suite and it was nice. They got kitchen and also living room, which is nice so that we can hang out in our cottagw together. The furniture is quite old, and need an updgrade, but overall its a nice experience.

We stay at Junior Suite Cottage with Sea View at Patra Comfort Anyer and my family really enjoy it. The staff are friendly and taking care of us, great service from arrival until check out. There are many things suit for family such as the beach, the balcony of Kalpataru Restaurant especially when it's sunset, and also the breakfast so tasty. We love to stay there, hope someday will stay there again.

you can enjoy the beach like it's your own beach, and the price is very reasonable. The clean rooms and they have nice staff.
It's a good place to enjoy your holiday with your family and the room is seaview, it makes the guest can simply enjoy the beach closely.
The restaurant is on the rock, and I think the restaurant need to be modernized like Rock Bar.

We stayed on August 23, 2018 and got a newly renovated deluxe room, view from the balcony is very beautiful because it directly goes to the Sunda Strait sea, access to the beach is also very easy because it only needs to go down from the balcony to the beach

The beach is very clean, there are sandy parts and some are rocks where children can search for seashells and if they are lucky they can find live shells

Unfortunately there is no wifi facility at their new renovated room and Wi Fi available in the lobby and restaurant area

Me and my little family plan to have short vacation in Anyer, only one day and we decide to stay in Patra Comfort Anyer. Lucky us, they offer promo rate this time,half price with full service and we never been more satisfied. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

With ocean view, close to receptionist and restaurant, and my kid have fun playing around on the beach.

Room is huge for just 3 of us, and we enjoy the time spending inside and outside the room. Environment are clean, bright, and natural.

There are a lot of bugs. CAN'T EVEN SHOWER! The waterflow is really bad, even sometimes it didn't work. When I called the officers, they just said that it was because overuse at once, then they went away. So what should I do? Should I not take a bath after running around in the beach?
My time there was very bad, and I didn't like it at all. This hotel won't be an option anymore for my family. And definitely, I won't reccomend it to another person.

The worst hotel ever in my life. Too many bugs, dark room, door to the balcony can't be locked. Sometimes, the wind blow the door and can be flip.
And if you came in bad weather. This hotel can be more than worst.

Hotel Patrajasa Anyer Beach Resort was very suitable for vacation with my family, room was clean and comfort , service is good, staff friendly.

bad weather , it's rain all night , and the next morning the beach is dirty with ashored trashes. Resorts and buildings are old and poorly maintained. But the staff are very friendly, and there're some local fishermens who's help cleaned the beach.

I stayed at Patra Jasa Anyer Hotel for long holiday, the location is good but unfortunately the facilities are very very bad. Room is large but very dirty, and there are cracks everywhere on the wall, the ceiling is broken, bathroom dirty. I regret to stayed at Patra Jasa Anyer Hotel.

They have good restaurant (located on the coral hill) but the food is not good (almost like you eat in a very cheap restaurant)

The rate for staying there is also ridiculous (Rp. 1,2 Million/night). If there is anyother Hotel when i went to anyer last time, i wouldn't picked this Hotel.

Definitely not worthed for Money

Patra Jasa Management Hotel should take very serious attention to the condition of facilities.

With a restaurant overlooking Krakatoa and the smaller "Baby Krakatoa, this hotel has the best location on the coast. But, alas, the management has not maintained the venue well. Our snappers for lunch on the verandah were undercooked and not very fresh, although that didn't stop dozens of flies from seeking to land on them.

Expensive but horrible
I booked room here by agoda. In room description they wrote ready with kitchen. No kitchen in the room i pick. But agoda nicely solved the problem and upgrade my room to real room with kitchen.

The room is so old.... The ceiling are broken and one piece just fallen down when we came... The sofa are old too.

Funny thing is they said they just prepare kitchen with stove and gas. No other devices. Why didnt you write it on the web? Damn.....

I really hate the coordinator in restaurant, woman with short hair and black uniform. Security? Why were u in restaurant? Hell i dont know who she is.
She stopped us after the inlet door to ask the coupons. Then, when i asked for egg she answered me impolitely while lifted up her head and eyebrows... Huh? How could u work in facility where u should serve people?

In holiday a lot of outsiders came in to the area. We should watched our family and things closer.

This facility no managed well. Poor management....... In choosing in placing employee, in maintaining buildings, in giving best services....

Staff are friendly and helpful , resort gives good access to beach which looks idealic but has much litter. Access good and adequate parking. However bungalow accomodation is in need of significant maintenance and renovation. Areas around bungalows have much litter. Food selection in restaurant was poor so we eat outside.

The room was in poor condition. It is smelly, dirty, and have lots of stain on the wall. The refrigerator is a nightmare, the door was corroded. The bed seems like never been changed for 20 years, the springs was hard. I wonder, if the deluxe room have such as condition, how about the standard one. It is shame because they have such a nice view on the beach, but they didn't respect it.

This is an old hotel. The building is not well maintained. Major renovation needed. When i checked in, the bathroom was kinda dirty, lots of stains and the towels were dirty. We asked for new towels, that was fine. But the condition is very poor.
However for the rate is was ok. We get a buffet Indonesian breakfast. Just an ok type of breakfast. But the view from the restaurant by the cliff was superb. Come on sunset to enjoy it more.
What i love more is the beach access. A bit dirty comparing to Bali beaches, but it was still ok. You can play body boarding, jetski, banana boat or just chill out by the beach.

in our holiday times, i take my family to this hotel for 2 night and we've got greats experience with the beautiful beach and amazing kalpataru restaurant accompanying of the sea over looking on the cliff.

we also find the friendly greeting from the staff and they was very helpful, there is a good activity in this resort as example is flying fox with a cross of the sea as a challenge track and many others outside adventure.

overall i recommended this hotel to our family pleasure!
