The hotel is very cozy, clean and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell that the staff pay great attention to detail in every aspect of the experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, the views from the windows are beautiful and from the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcome.

​Although the team is small, everyone is exceptionally friendly and it is clear that they put a lot of care and passion into what they do. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Both at breakfast and dinner, it was evident that the ingredients and beverages had been carefully selected and were of high quality.

​The dinner is a vegan fine-dining experience, and it was delicious. As with most fine-dining restaurants, it is not inexpensive, but in my experience it is considerably more affordable than many other vegan fine-dining restaurants I have been to, while maintaining a very high standard. Overall, the quality of the food and the attention to detail made it well worth it.

​At first, we were a bit concerned because we rely entirely on public transportation, and Arpuilles seemed less accessible. In the end, getting there by public bus was no problem, although the service is not very frequent. Once we arrived, we discovered several fantastic hiking trails starting right from Arpuilles, and we had a great time exploring them. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they offer reasonably priced lunch boxes, which were perfect for our hikes so there was no need for traveling to Aosta for lunch that day.

Hôtel calme, avec un personnel très serviable et une vue superbe sur la vallée. Le restaurant vegan est de très bonne qualité.
