Definitely overpriced and a very bad experience regarding personal, food and cleanliness!
Pros:

the SPA area

Cons:

The personal is really bad and have no experience. The food was awful, the biggest problem by far was the cleanliness of the property. Everywhere dirty and not good cleaned - really bad.
The price is crazy high and doesnt meet any expectations for that standard! I will never visit the place again, overrated and overpriced, but low quality in every aspect.

The staff are new and inexperienced, not professional, some were discussing clients right in front of me, others didnt know how to make basic drinks at the bar and were saying its their 2nd day at the job

Πεντακάθαρο και φοβερές παροχές

Cons:

Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά , είχα ένα θέμα με το καζανάκι που έτρεχε συνέχεια αλλά πιστεύω ότι θα το διορθώσουνε κάμερα μετά την αναχώρηση μου μιας και το ανέφερα στο check out

השירות הוא לא ברמה של 5 כוכבים, הצוות לא מציע לשתות בחדר האוכל, צריך לקחת לבד את השתייה ורוב הצוות לא דובר אנגלית מה שקצת הרס את החוויה שלנו

Cons:

The room—specifically its walls—require repair and looks unkempt. Bed linens should either be new or thoroughly laundered; we had to ask for a change of bedding because it wasn't clean.

ספא מפנק פתוח עד מאוחר , חדר גדול עם מרפסת גדולה.
חניה - חינם. פארק ילדים מדהים.
שפע של אוכל - כל היום.
ליום הולדת הביאו לי עוגה 🎂
החליפו לנו את המגבות והחלוקים - כל יום.
ממליצה בחום.

Cons:

אין הרבה מה לעשות מסביב , גם עם רכב.
נסיעה ארוכה מסופיה.
המיטה קשה מידי, לא כל כך נוחה.
חסרה מראה מגדילה בחדר.

Great Spa facilities and very kind staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Cons:

There was a variety of food but it wasn't very tasty. Also there is no good coffee in the whole hotel.
