Отличната храна, огромното спа съоръжение, високото ниво на чистота и изключителният, отзивчив персонал правят мястото перфектно за цялото семейство. Добър хотел, но с нюанси
Pros:

Прави впечатление, че е много чисто, дизайнерско испълнение на целия хотел.

Cons:

Прави лошо впечатление, че още с пристигането никой не ни посрещна и не предложи помощ с багажа. Това е странно в 5* хотел.
Вече когато бях вътре в хотела ме попитаха дали имам нужда от помощ с багажа.

Стаята ни беше точно над рецепцията, което се пада срещу откритата СПА зона и денонощно се чуваше бучене от пречиствателните съоръжения ли, от климатици, нямам идея, но тишина, пеене на птички - нямаше за съжаление, а аз отидох за това.

В ресторанта няма дрес код, на вечеря имаше хора по джапанки, шорти и анцузи, което също сваля нивото до "столова", малките дечица тичаха и викаха, въргаляха се по пода. Храната бше горе-долу вкусна и разнообразна, но за масовка, като скъп all incl.

И накрая в СПА зоната за adults only се изсипаха тълпи с бебета и малки деца, с рингове и т.н., нямам нищо против децата, и трябваше да отида на рецепцията да попитам дали не съм объркала зоните.

Общо взето хотелът е много хубав, но не е подходящза хора, които търсят тишина, по-висок стандарт на услугите, изискана храна и камерна обстановка.
