A perfect weekend relax
Pros:

Our stay was perfect! Amazing spa, good food and lots of things to do. Loved the adult zones! We'll come back with the kids next time - the Fun park is absolutely amazing with so much things to entertain everyone! Staff was also amazing, handled the power shortages like a pro (the entire village was affected).

Cons:

The organisation of the staff. Sometimes they didn't know what to do.

Pros:

Everything was great.....spa, food, drinks, staff, room. Wonderful.

Cons:

My only issue was that i booked the place, under my name, paid for it with my money.......and the welcome message was to my partner!
I assume they assumed he'd booked and paid. 🤔🫣😔😋

We had a fantastic time, with no real issues and would recommend to friends and family.
Pros:

We loved the exceptional spa facilities, the gorgeous interior design and the overall atmosphere of refinement and relaxation.

Cons:

Parking is a bit chaotic.

And dishes labels some foods were missing, so it would be great to ensure all various food labels are present, especially for people with allergies, etc.
