Pros:

La struttura è datata quindi questo hotel risulta vissuto, ma la pulizia, imprescindibile nella valutazione, è risultata impeccabile. L'accoglienza a notte fonda (00.30) senza problemi con disponibilità ed un sorriso è plus gradito.

Cons:

E' evidente che ci possano essere miglioramenti in una struttura di questo genere, ma se penso al rapporto qualità/prezzo ricordando anche la pozione difficile criticare; fa eccezione la richiesta di pagamento a parte per avere il telecomando del condizionatore.

Für kurze Aufenthalte nur zum Schlafen ist das Hotel okay, aber für längere Aufenthalte rate ab.
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum von Mailand. Der zentrale Bahnhof "Milano Centrale" ist nur wenige Stationen mit der Metro entfernt.
Außerdem hat mir die Größe des Badezimmers sowie der Dusche gefallen. Der Bahnhof "Milano Lambrate F.S." war sogar fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer an sich. Es ist sehr veraltet von den Möbeln her. Ein Stromanschluss in den Zimmer war komplett offen und ich habe mich nicht getraut da rein zu greifen. Das Zimmer hat außerdem ohne permanent geöffnete Fenster gestunken. Zusätzlich war der Fernseher auch entweder sehr veraltet oder kaputt.
Außerdem schien eine Uneinigkeit beim Personal zu herrschen. Einen Rezeptionisten hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, dass ich meinen Schlüssel mitgenommen habe, der Andere wollte unbedingt, dass ich meinen Schlüssel da lasse, damit dieser nicht verloren geht.
