Absolute Perfection – A Dream Vacation!We absolutely fell in love with this hotel! It is simply perfect and maintained at an exceptionally high standard. The staff feels handpicked—every single member radiates positivity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.The dining concept for breakfast and dinner, which combines a buffet with a custom menu order, is brilliant and made every single meal highly enjoyable. A special shoutout goes to Sandra from the dining room staff; she is incredibly professional, pleasant, and a true asset to any hotel.Our room didn't have a sea view, but it was absolutely perfect—very quiet, with a stunning view of the trees. Furthermore, the service extended well after our checkout: we received beach and shower towels at no extra charge, and at 4:00 PM, we were allowed to use the SPA showers to freshen up before heading to the airport.The location is excellent, with a perfect beach accessible immediately as you step out onto the promenade. Being an adults-only hotel, it offers the ultimate peace and tranquility for anyone seeking a relaxing, quiet getaway.We highly appreciate everything and want to say a huge thank you to the management and the exceptional team!

Die Zimmer hätten etwas größer sein können. Bei dem Preis gehört sich die Flasche Wasser im Zimmer dazu und mich eine kleine Espresso Maschine

Pros:

Nice, calm, stylish Hotel in Brela. Quite and relax. We were happy to stay in Maestral, thank you so much. Amazing sea view from the room.
Room is big and quiet, pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is rather big.

Breakfast and tasty food was additional pleasure 😍♥️ it was relaxing ritual for the good day! Amazing food menu, amazing food at the buffet.

2 disappear points:
1. The mattress was too soft, unfortunately, my back hurt a lot in the morning.
2. There is some kind of problem in the ventilation system. in the room on the 3rd floor, there was a periodic smell from either the kitchen or the sewer. The smell was strange and unpleasant.

Fabulous stay just marred by final bill payment process.
Pros:

Beautifully furnished, calm hotel. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best we've ever had. We had one evening meal which was absolutely delicious. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well looked after. We stayed 4 nights which was just right.

Cons:

Our only problem was actually after we left. On checking out and paying our bill we decided to switch the debit card that had been authorised on arrival to a different card. What we hadn't realised and no one in the hotel mentioned was that the initial €100 that had been taken from the account would not be refunded for a further 30 days. The bank was really helpful and assured us that it would be refunded but it was Blue Sun's policy to retain for the 30 day period. The refund was made on the 30th day and with hindsight we should not have switched cards. I just question why we were not made aware of this policy / process.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, das Personal total freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung war lediglich Handtuchtausch und Müll entsorgen. Es wurde nicht einmal das Waschbecken geputzt, noch schmutziges Geschirr mitgenommen. Auch wäre es toll, wenn man zur Toilette bzw zum Meer, neben der Poolbar eine Möglichkeit hätte zu gehen. Die Schirmständer am Pool sollten Rollen haben, denn sie sind sehr schwer.

Reis hit utenom sesongen, hvis du tåler ansatte med sure ansikter og kommentarer
Pros:

Utrolig vakkert sted, både selve beliggenheten og bygningen.

Cons:

Jeg mislikte både servicen, renholdet, de store mengdene med andre turister på stranden og særlig at en omringet av småbarnsfamilier (ifht at hotellet er et voksenhotell)

Vynikající lokalita, sladkovodní bazén se zázemím, čistý klimatizovaný hotel, pozitiva převažují.
Pros:

Téměř vše.

Cons:

Nefungující ventilace na WC/koupelně bez snahy personálu o řešení nebo aspoň vysvětlení. Chybějící sušák na plavky/ ručníky. Nedostatek závěsných bodů v koupelně. Předražená nabídka večeře ve srovnání s místními restauranty.

Super pobyt w świetnym hotelu z pięknymi widokami chorwackiego wybrzeżu
Pros:

Śniadania wyśmienite, urozmaicone , bardzo smaczne z przemiłą obsługą .Znakomite położenie hotelu , blisko plaży i deptaka ,fajny basen z wygodnymi leżakami

Brakowało mi koszy na śmieci w obrębie basenu , i trochę zapominano o sprzątaniu balkonu

Fantastisk hotel på alle måter
Pros:

Utrolig pent hotel, med fantastisk beliggenhet og utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal. Nydelig frokost, moderne og bra treningsrom. Meget behagelige solsenger, flott basseng og kun få meter å gå til sjøen. Dette hotellet er bedre enn samtlige 5 stjernes hotel jeg har vært på tidligere og jeg vil anbefale det på det sterkeste.
