Upon check-in, the bed sheets were dirty. The whole floor smelled of cigarettes.
Sun bed in the beach are not included, but nevertheless, the food there is gross - we ordered feta cheese salad with outdated cheese and hair in it. The beach club is overall crowded next to the very crowded PUBLIC beach.
Staff - might as well pay them to work… first morning for breakfast, we asked 2 different waitress to take the order, and each of them kept repeating “I will call you waiter”. We ended up ordering the food 30mins later, with having to go to order coffee myself at the bar, since they kept forgetting. Additionally, one night, we came back from the restaurant in town, and tried to enter the parking lot of the hotel (which is paid by the way), and at the gate they said no space inside and hang up. I mean wow…
Overall, the region has potential, but oh my the hotels, staff training and everything else. Maybe in 20 years… 😊

Geweldig hotel op goede locatie. Je wandelt zo naar de verschillende stranden of Brela. Dit kan je afwisselen met zonnen aan het zwembad of zwemmen in het zwembad. Lunchen en diner kan op locatie maar ook in de buurt. Alle maaltijden waren van een goed niveau. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Als de airco te lang en te koud aan staat kan die af en toe een onaangename geur geven in de nacht. Was wellicht opgelost door het personeel maar even de balkondeur open was ook een oplossing. Daarom niet niet gemeld.

The extra charge for loungers nearer the beach considering it’s a £300 ish a night hotel , greedy .
The hotel is great, the staff is amazing and the breakfasts were lovely. The dinner is slightly overpriced, but still really delicious, so whoever tries it should give it a go. A huge shoutout to the gentleman who was helping us with the parking, the ladies in the restaurant and the restaurant manager, who was giving us the best hospitality. I am already missing the place!
Some of the guests should learn to behave. I know this is an adults only hotel, but having a heated moment in the elevator is pretty unethical.
A reggeli mesés, a szálloda kialakítása, elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, a parkolás kitűnő, a medence, a napozóterasz gyönyörű, a kilátás fenomenális. Már 5 éve idejárunk, lenyűgöző!
