Otelın konumu ve bebek için sabah yumurta istediğimizde guleryuzle yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Otelde oda temızlıgıne ozellıkle hıjyene önem verılebilirdi. Sadece yatak ortulerı degstırılerek bırakıldı. Her otelde olan bornoz takımı banyoda yoktu havlular küçüktü. Giriş kısmında yer alan içme suyu sureklı boş oluyor biz yetkılılerı uyarınca koyuyorlardı. Otellerde genel olarak hızmete sunulan çay ikramı ve kuru pasta yoktu. Nadiren sunulan arabic Coffee yazılı kahveden bir damla dahi ıcemedık. Özetle otelde konaklayan mısafır sayısı ıle sunulan hizmet oranı bırbırıne paralel değildi. Ek olarak Konaklayacağımız gün uçağın uçuş durumunu degıstırmesı nedenıyle otele check ın saatınden önce geldık maalesef otelde hc yer olmadığı resepsıyondakı gorevlı tarafından soylendı. Ailecek ve bebekle geldıgımız ıcın gece bır an önce odamızı kullanmamız gerekıyordu. Odaya para ödeme teklıfınde bulunduğumuzda ıse hemen bır odanın bosalacagını sadece 10dk bekletılecegımız tarafımıza iletildi. Hiç boş oda olmaya bir otelde oda ücretini sorup ödeme teklif edilince gece saat 03.00 olmasına rağmen nasıl bir anda oda müsaitliğini olduğunu çok net bir biçimde anladık . Avrupa’da defalarca konakladığımız İBİS otel bizi hayal kırıklığına ugrattı hem de bu tutumuyla bır daha tercih etmeyecegımız bır otel konumuna geldi. Shutle sıklığı çok nadirdi bır sefer sadece bınebıldık . Sadece 1sefer Dubai mall gıbı önemli bir yere gıdıyordu.

كل شي كان وايد حلو في إقامتنا. الأخ عادل في الريسبشن كان وايد طيب وبشوش، ما شاء الله عليه تعامله راقي ويخليك ترتاح من أول ما توصل، الحمدلله حسّينا بترحيب جميل. السحور اللي طلبته كان أحلى من المتوقع، لذيذ ومضبوط عدل. بشكل عام ❤️نحن وايد راضين عن الإقامة

Short staycation and awesome
Pros:

Came to Dubai to explore the city and this hotel made everything so easy. The free shuttle buses to different spots were such a big help. The price is really good and truly value for money. Breakfast spread was awesome with plenty of options. Thank you to Adil at reception
