Guests arriving after 22:00 must contact the reception as they require a code for the key safe.

Please also note that the hotel's garage cannot accommodate vehicles exceeding 4.9 feet in height, 16 feet in length or 2 tonnes in weight. The garage can only be accessed during opening times, on prior reservation and at your own risk.

Guests are asked to contact the hotel in advance if they require larger parking spaces.

Gluten free and lactose free breakfast is offered upon prior reservation and for an additional charge of EUR 5.

Please note that only payment by cash or Maestro is accepted for the budget rooms.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION Our hotel consists of several lovingly restored, historic buildings. Due to their structural conditions, these are unfortunately not fully accessible. However, a side entrance (accessible during reception opening hours) provides access to the breakfast area, the restaurant, the meeting room on the ground floor, and the elevator. Please note that there are no accessible restrooms available. However, guests who can walk a few yards can use them to a limited extent. The hotel rooms in the main building are not wheelchair accessible due to the winding rooms and narrow doorways. However, for guests with limited mobility, we have designed a spacious, accessible holiday apartment on the ground floor. A comfortable stay is possible here – we are happy to bring breakfast directly there upon request. Alternatively, you can of course also have breakfast in the main building during opening hours. It is also possible to park directly at the building with a disabled parking permit. If you are traveling with a wheelchair or have any questions about accessibility, please contact us before your arrival. This way, we can work together to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant and smooth as possible.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, Bahnhof, Center, Schloss!
Schönes Ambiente, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Personal allesamt nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Einfach super!

Cons:

Leider gab es im Bad keinerlei Ablage.
Es passte lediglich der Zahnputzbecher auf den Rand vom Waschbecken.
Soll aber keine Kritik sein, nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag!

Problemloser Check-In trotz der späten Stunde. Nettes Personal. Die Lage ist für die Stadtmitte sehr gut. Preis verhältnismäßig, mit gutem Frühstück.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, die touristischen Highlights in der Innenstadt sind bequem fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Autoantenne musste abgeschraubt werden, um in die Garage zu passen. Wir waren zu klein, diese zu erreichen. Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat uns sofort geholfen und alles war gut.
Das Zimmer war klein, kompakt, sauber und für einen Kuzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war für unseren Geschmack sehr lecker und ausreichend.
Jederzeit wieder!

Hyggeligt lille hotel i bymidten. Roligt og venlogt personale. Parkerede i nærliggende Q park, da det ikke var muligt at få vores Enqay i hotelkælderen, men der er kun 5 min gang
