Guests arriving after 22:00 must contact the reception as they require a code for the key safe.

Please also note that the hotel's garage cannot accommodate vehicles exceeding 4.9 feet in height, 16 feet in length or 2 tonnes in weight. The garage can only be accessed during opening times, on prior reservation and at your own risk.

Guests are asked to contact the hotel in advance if they require larger parking spaces.

Gluten free and lactose free breakfast is offered upon prior reservation and for an additional charge of EUR 5.

Please note that only payment by cash or Maestro is accepted for the budget rooms.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION Our hotel consists of several lovingly restored, historic buildings. Due to their structural conditions, these are unfortunately not fully accessible. However, a side entrance (accessible during reception opening hours) provides access to the breakfast area, the restaurant, the meeting room on the ground floor, and the elevator. Please note that there are no accessible restrooms available. However, guests who can walk a few yards can use them to a limited extent. The hotel rooms in the main building are not wheelchair accessible due to the winding rooms and narrow doorways. However, for guests with limited mobility, we have designed a spacious, accessible holiday apartment on the ground floor. A comfortable stay is possible here – we are happy to bring breakfast directly there upon request. Alternatively, you can of course also have breakfast in the main building during opening hours. It is also possible to park directly at the building with a disabled parking permit. If you are traveling with a wheelchair or have any questions about accessibility, please contact us before your arrival. This way, we can work together to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant and smooth as possible.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Die Lage der Unterkunft mitten in Fulda war hervorragend um, die Stadt zu erkunden und abends nochmal auszugehen! Außerdem war die Unterkunft sauber! Wir sind mit Fahrrädern angereist und konnten diese in der Nacht sicher und verschlossen parken!

Cons:

Wir hatten das Basic-Zimmer gebucht, da wir sowieso nur zum Schlafen für eine Nacht dort waren. Das Zimmer ist wirklich SEHR klein. Grundsätzlich - wenn man sich dem bewusst ist - auch kein Problem. Gemessen am Preis (>100€) ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis allerdings nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für einen schmaleren Pfennig wäre es ein super budget-freundlicher Kompromiss, für über 100€ erwartet man heutzutage allerdings mehr. Schade und weit ab vom Servicegedanken ist außerdem, dass Kaffeespezialitäten - sprich Espresso, Café Crema etc. extra kosten, ansonsten war das Frühstück aber in Ordnung.

Die Lage war super, absolut zentral.

Cons:

Ich wusste anhand der Beschreibung das es ein kleines Zimmer ist und beim Check-in sagte man uns das das Bett an der Wand steht. Absolut in Ordnung, kein Problem, doch uns war nicht bewusst das man die Tür vom Bad noch nicht einmal schließen kann wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt. Soviel Privatsphäre sollte jawohl noch möglich sein. Als wir das entsetzt an der Rezeption vorgetragen haben würde uns nur gesagt das wir das Zimmer jetzt ja schon benutzt haben. Das Zimmer ist für Kinder ( es gibt eine Tür zum Nachbarzimmer) oder Singles möglich, sonst jedoch absolut nicht.
