Extrêmement déçue !!!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, copieux

Cons:

1ère chambre attribuée, les fenêtres ne fermaient pas. Il y a eu une tempête,les rideaux se soulevaient. Froid dans la chambre. Salle de bains horrible. Pas d'eau chaude. Douche minuscule. Peinture écaillée partout
Nous avons changé de chambre. Il y avait un mieux mais, toujours de l'eau tiède avec une fenêtre dans la douche qui ne fermait pas !!!!

Un tuffo nel passato
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una villa storica dove andavo con i miei genitori da bambina. Bellissima location, posizione strategica, ottima colazione, staff cordiale e preparato.

Cons:

La villa, essendo un edificio storico, come tanti edifici storici di Italia, necessiterebbe di qualche piccola ristrutturazione o, comunque, di una "rinfrescata".

Pros:

Das Haus war wunderschön, auch wenn es alt war, man fühlt sich wie in einem Schloss.
Die Lage ist perfekt und könnte nicht besser sein.
Das Frühstück war super und frisch.
Die Aussicht aufs Meer vom Zimmer.

Cons:

Es war ein bisschen kalt nachts im Zimmer und heisses Wasser zum Duschen gab es nur morgens, abends war es kalt. Aber dann haben wir halt vormittags geduscht und nachts zusätzliche Decken genommen😅

Cibo e personale squisito in un ambiente ricco di storia
Pros:

Posizione ideale per la visita di tutti i punti di interesse e per la stazione. Offre anche un parcheggio privato. L'ambiente è ricco di storia, a partire dagli affreschi, imposte ed arredi stessi ma nonostante ciò le camere le abbiamo trovate molto pulite ed igenizzate e spaziose. Tutti i membri dello staff sono cordiali e gentili nell'ascoltare le esigenze e fornire consigli. Nota di merito alla colazione a buffet degna di un albergo di categoria superiore con torte squisite fatte in casa, prodotti dolci, salati nazionali ed internazionali. Con un piccolo supplemento c'è anche la possibilità di usufruire di un'ottima cena, cucinata con attenzione anche per celiaci o intolleranti al glutine.

Cons:

Le camere erano un po' fredde nella giornata umida perchè il riscaldamento esclude l'acqua calda e viceversa. L'albergo meriterebbe un restauro conservativo per valorizzarlo al meglio anche se da quanto ho capito c'e il vincolo delle belle arti.

La gentilezza dei proprietari e l'accoglienza in generale. Ho optato per la mezza pensione e sono stato super soddisfatto delle cene: tanta varietà di piatti e molto buoni. Anche la colazione buona, soprattutto le torte tutte fatte in casa.

Soggiorno a Nervi
Pros:

La dimora antica, il primo impatto con la proprietaria Barbara, una persona estremamente gentile e preparata, poi anche la cameriera che serve sia la colazione al mattino che la cena alla sera, un ringraziamento anche alla mamma di Barbara per la scuisita marmellata e le buonissime torte fatte da lei, non dimentichiamoci di ringraziare anche il cuoco per i suoi piatti, veramente buoni.

Maroder Charme einer historischen Villa
Pros:

Logieren in einer historischen Villa- Stuck, Deckengemälde, Aussicht, Park,… atemberaubend.
Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant sind empfehlenswert. Sicherer Parkplatz. Zu Fuß mit Bus und Bahn Verbindung nach Genova und Camogli, Rapallo…
Großes Zimmer mit Holzparkett.

Cons:

Wir wussten, dass es keine Klima-Anlage gibt- die die Aussenfassde optisch verschandeln würde, dass die Fenster historisch sind, der Putz rund um die Dusche bröckelt, der Wasserdruck sparsam ist, die Zufahrt ein Einklappen der Außenspiegel erfordert und leider nur die Zimmer der „Beletage“ mit hohen Räumen versehen sind… aber uns hat das nicht gestört!!!

Séjour idyllique à Nervi
Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel dans un ancien palais du 16 ème au charme suranné. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le cachet unique de cet hôtel, on se serait aisément imaginé faisant le grand tour d'Italie au siècle dernier. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, certaines avec terrasse, nombreux espaces communs. Le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir tout fait maison sont très bons, le personnel est avenant et sympathique, il y a un parking très pratique et le quartier de Nervi à deux pas de la mer est très agréable et bien situé pour visiter la région. Coup de coeur pour cette pension :-)

Cons:

Tout est un peu viellot ce qui est normal pour ce genre de palais, ça fait partie du charme de l'endroit.
