Pros:

Super emplacement dans le centre de Nervi. Où l'on peut poser la voiture et continuer le reste du voyage à pied ou en transport en commun. L'hôtel est très agréable et la vue sur la mer est fabuleuse ! Ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner très varié tous les jours et le personnel très chaleureux.

A marvellous recreation
Pros:

The whole stay was marvellous. It is an old 18th century villa with original spaces, frescoes, period furniture and an unique, extremely cosy and pleasant atmosphere. Inside, you can read a book from the shelf or you can participate in some artistic activities like a drawing class during my stay, The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden where breakfast is being served at good weather. The service and staff are very professional, but also very friendly and easy going. Overall, you do not feel like at a hotel but like at home. Also the surrounding Nervi with its promenade Anita Garibaldi, its parks and museums and its sea is a lovely place to stay the whole year around. I definitely recommend and am tempted to return 😊

Super Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Touren mit einem tollen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr authentische alte Villa mit einem großartigen Team. Ea gibt genügend Gratis Parkplätze und das Frühstück war super . Auch das Abendessen war absolut lecker und immer frisch .

Familiäres und gemütliches Hotel in alter Villa mit Garten
Pros:

Hotel ist zentral gelegen in Nervi, trotzdem ruhig. Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Bahnhof in ca. 10 Minuten. Diverse Lokale und Geschäfte um die Ecke. Schöner Ausblick in Garten und zum Meer. Sehr geräumig für ein Einzelzimmer, schön mit bemalter Decke und Retroelementen. Uferpromenade toll zum flanieren. Grosses und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, nette Bedienung. Optional kann täglich ein dreigängiges Abendmenu nach Wahl dazugebucht werden. Familiäre Atmosphäre!

Cons:

Matratze war mir leider zu hart.

Soggiorno in villa d'epoca a Nervi
Pros:

villa d'epoca in ottima posizione a cinque minuti dal porticciolo di Nervi ; ha un grande giardino attorno, con posto per le auto. Si può fare colazione in giardino, tempo permettendo. Le stanze sono ampie ma il bagno un po' strettino. C'è l'ascensore che da su un ampio salone, oggi adibito ad hall. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, salata e dolce con varie cose fatte in casa, molto buone

Cons:

L'ingresso carrabile è veramente stretto, ad ogni passaggio si rischia di lasciarci una fiancata dell'auto. L'edificio è molto bello ma avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, in particolare gli infissi interni ed esterni sono molto datati e l'isolamento termo-acustico è insufficiente.

war trotzdem sehr schön!
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Wir konnten auch zu Abend sehr gut essen. Wir hatten super Wetter! Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Kühlschrank fehlt! Zimmerbeleuchtung zu schwach!
Gaderobenhaken fehlten.

Great hotel full of character and with a family run atmosphere
Pros:

Loved the ceiling fresco in my room in this atmospheric historic building, room was simple but had everything needed, staff were lovely, it was an easy walk to the station, port and beaches.

Cons:

Be aware that rooms don't have air conditioning or fridges so in very hot summers it could be a bit uncomfortable (it is a simple two star hotel, so that's entirely expected). For early September it was fine

Historisches Gemäuer mit viel Patina und viel Charme. Die Besitzer sind rührig bemüht, den Verfall aufzuhalten. Gastfreundliche Stimmung, gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Etwas heruntergekommen, aber sicher empfehlenswert
