A very pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was great. The staff was cordial, professional and responsive. The room and bathrooms were clean and I had everything I needed. Everyone was helpful and the location is perfect for public transportation and many other stores.

Cons:

Somebody staying there was quite noisy (talking on the phone,TV, going around) during one night. My mom is a light sleeper so she had difficulty falling asleep because of that. But obviously that isn't the hotel's fault.
