Aangenaam verblijf goed basis ontbijt zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Kamer was voorzien van alle basis comfort ook al was de kamer klein was de indeling praktisch en voelde het niet te claustrofobisch.

Very welcome staff and nice modern room, slightly on the smaller side and a wall to any of the main parts of Gent
Pros:

On the plus side, the price was very cheap, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself felt modern and was perfectly okay for a budget hotel.

Cons:

The room was on the smaller side, and the bed was slightly firm. The location also isn't very central—it’s a bit of a walk to get to the main sights and attractions

Service déplorable à l'accueil
Cons:

Ma carte de crédit n'a pas fonctionné pour payer la taxe de séjour. 8,80€.
J'ai proposé de payer avec un billet de 10€. La jeune fille a l'accueil à refusé et a exigé l'appoint exact. Cela m'a obligé à chercher un magasin, à acheter n'importe quoi pour revenir avec la somme exacte. Je trouve cela aberrant. Vous n'avez pas confiance dans l'honnêteté de votre personnel, au détriment du tracas que vous causez à votre clientèle !
Je ne reviendrai plus dans votre établissement ni dans ceux du groupe.
Également, votre hôtesse m'a donné une chambre exposée plein soleil. J'ai demandé une chambre à l'ombre. Elle m'a désigné vaguement du doigt en disant que là était le bâtiment 2. J'ai cherché, je n'ai pas trouvé. En fait, c'est un petit sas qui conduit au bâtiment 2
Il eût été tellement plus courtois de m'accompagnée vers l'ascenseur qui est à 20m de la réception.
Paresseuse parce que pas débordée .

our room was for 3 persons, but far to small. Don't need a suite but you need to habe space for at least one small luggagebag.

De prijs van de kamer was aanmerkelijk meer als dan wij gewent zijn van ibis budget in Leida Spanje. Daarbij was de kosten van parkeren ook zeer tegenvallend.het
