Very nice hotel, in a more remote location from the center

The staff and accessibility were good, but the room comfort need improvement
Pros:

It was easy to reach from outside the city although there was a bit of walking distance to the city center. The lobby was lively and busy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They immediately gave us a tourist map, which made sightseeing much easier.

Cons:

The room had a window, but it could not be opened, which I had never experienced before and found very inconvenient. The room felt cold, and despite adjusting the heating, the temperature stayed around 22°C. There were not enough towels (only two bath towels were provided). It was also difficult to find the room: I used self check-in, and it said Room 1122, which was confusing because that number did not exist. It actually meant first floor, Room 122.

Buen lugar, pero habitación pequeña
Pros:

Las zonas comunes están muy bien, con sofás, ping-pong y futbolín gratuito. Se puede estar allí comiendo comida de fuera del hotel y también cuentan con una barra para pedir. Además, tienen servicio de guarda equipaje por 2 €, lo cual resulta muy práctico. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el baño en buen estado.

Cons:

La habitación era bastante pequeña, por lo que el espacio se queda algo justo.
