Great!
Pros:

My number 1 hotel name I’ll think when I’m back to Ha Noi next time.
The staffs members are all so professional, friendly and helpful. They work with cares and kindness!
The clean, fresh and quiet room is a plus in the busy old quater area. I love the indochine style tho.
Location is perfect for travel and exploring the beautiful city tho.

Cancelled 30 minutes prior to arrival.

I dont want to give this a proper rating. I booked this hotel 8 months ago and immediately I was contacted through whats app. We kept communicating until my arrival. After a 25 hours travel I was at 30 minutes from the Hotel and was suddenly informed that there was a fire damage in the room and I had to go to another Hotel. Note, I already booked the room one day earlier so it is quite remarkable that precisely my room, which was already booked my me, had this damage by a customer. All of a sudden I was moved to another hotel, in the same street. I had booked a 3 bedroom with balcony and was moved into a 2 bedroom withoutbalcony. My daughter had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. As I had already travelled 26 hours I did not want to go into a argument so I accepted the situation. But was it handled properly? No it was not. Note, the people in the other hotel Hanoi Center Silk Premium Hotel were absolutely lovely.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hanoi Center Silk Boutique Hotel &Travel. Das außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal (besonders Anne und Ivy) haben wir sehr zu schätzen gewusst! Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Kurze Wege aber dennoch ruhig. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir in Hanoi sind.

スタッフのおかげで大きな問題もなく快適でした。
Pros:

立地は食べ歩きなら周りにバインミーもピッツァ屋さんも名店多くて最高だと思います。
旧市街の真ん中だと夜まで大騒ぎでしょうが、ココはそこまで賑やかなエリアではないので夜は落ち着きます。
また、スタッフは笑顔が素敵で、自分の拙い英語でもニュアンスを察してくれて頼りになります。

Cons:

残念ながらシャワーの水圧は良いですが、お湯はぬるめでした。
大雨が降ると隣のトタン屋根からかなり音が聞こえますので、スコールの時期は辛いかもしれません。耳栓あるとマシかもです。
時間帯では車は入れないので、30メートルほど移動してタクシー待たないとダメです。

Todo fue muy agradable. El trato insuperable, nada más llegar la persona de recepción nos ubicó perfectamente, indicándonos todos los sitios de interés. La limpieza de 10, la habitación espaciosa y la ubicación en el centro histórico perfecta.

Cons:

Nada, todo fue fenomenal. Sí volvemos a Hanoi, repetiríamos.
