Fantastic staff, great location, and spacious stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The location was excellent- easy to access basic needs and all the sites! We had a two bedroom suite as we travelled with our teenager daughter. It was fantastic value and we were able to spread out. The staff were absolutely wonderful. It was nice to have access to the gym, and we felt very comfortable!

Cons:

It's not a fancy western hotel but it's clean, safe, in a great location and is of great value. No complaints!

Zeer aan te raden!
Pros:

Locatie perfect, de meisjes van de servicedesk fantastisch, zeer behulpzaam en regelden de mooiste kamers

Cons:

De eerste nacht veel kabaal door de airco van de buren naast het hotel, we kregen daarna prachtige rustige kamer

great stay for a value
Pros:

Location was great, room was a bit small for 2 people but we were out most of the day and evenings. Service was great and very friendly.no breakfast but a lot of places to eat around hotel. easy to walk everywhere.

A disappointing experience
Cons:

Despite booking months in advance and even reconfirming our check-in time the day before, we arrived in the evening only to be met with a series of excuses about why our room was suddenly unavailable. We were then relocated – along with another couple in the same situation – to a lower quality sister hotel in a much noisier area, and given a room which had not even been properly cleaned.

Pros:

Die Nähe zur City. Das Hotel befand sich im Old Quater.

Cons:

Anfangs wurden wir in einen Hotel der gleichen Hotelkette untergebracht, welche gar nicht der Kategorie der Buchung entsprach. Sehr enttäuschend.
Wir wurden umgebucht und waren dann zufrieden.
Die Ausstattung entsprach m. E. Jedoch nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
