Pros:

Location is okay and the price too

Cons:

The room had a terrible odor and the color combination in the interior coupled with the room lighting is terrible. The room would do better with white lighting only since it is impossible to change the tiles or the interior finishing

Good for money place. Slept well and the fisherman soup i had for dinner will make me to come back again

This hotel is a place I would like to come back again next time am in Lagos,the staff are excellent.
Pros:

I like everything about this hotel; all the staff treated me very well, and they were there when I needed them. The manager at this hotel (Olumide) is an excellent and professional manager.

Pros:

The hotel was well maintained. staffs were friendlyand the hotel met my expectations. The Location was also not very bad the ovveral experience in Presken Villa GRA was very good

The telephone in the room was not working. No gym facilities in the hotel. The management of presken hotel villa should endeavour to make gym facilities available to lodgers.
