Traumhafte Anlage
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch SPENCER. Wie sich später herausstellte, ist er der Chef. Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit traumhaftem Pool und Bar. Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit kleiner Küche. Wir haben abends im Hotel gegessen und können es nur empfehlen.....es war köstlich. Superfreundliches Personal. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

La atención es el mejor de los puntos.

Amazing team
Pros:

I would like to start by recognizing the manager, Diana. She was absolutely amazing, professional, attentive, and always present. What stood out most was that we rarely had to reach out to her; she would proactively check in and make sure everything was perfect for us.
Paola, who prepared our breakfast each morning and cleaned our villa, was exceptional. She was incredibly attentive to our breakfast orders, always punctual, and made sure everything was exactly as requested. She kept our villa spotless and fully stocked without us ever needing to ask. Her service was truly outstanding—100/100.
Juan Pablo, the maintenance team member, was also fantastic. He ensured the pool and surrounding area were always clean and ready for us to enjoy. He worked closely with Paola to set up breakfast for my family of eight, making sure everything—from coffee to juice and other breakfast items—was ready at the bar. He also assisted us with a Wi-Fi issue promptly and efficiently.
Geraldine, the chef, was wonderful. She was very attentive and made sure to accommodate all of our food allergies. The menu offered a great variety of options, and every meal she prepared was delicious and perfectly executed.
André, was an incredible bartender. He was friendly, welcoming, and always made amazing drinks. He truly elevated our evenings with great music, good energy, and a fun atmosphere.
What made our stay truly special was how well the entire team worked together. They supported one another seamlessly and created a warm, welcoming environment for our family. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail we experienced was beyond words.
If I am ever fortunate enough to return to Costa Rica, I would absolutely stay at Las Brisas Hotel and Villa again. This team made our trip unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the pool area was extremely nice. We saw macaws flying overhead as well as other birds, butterflies, and lizards on the property. Definitely the best place we stayed in Costa Rica, can't recommend it enough.

Pros:

Simple d’accès et bon pied à. Terre à 30 min de Tarcoles 1h20 de Manuel Antonio en bord de mer petit super marché restaurant et soda à moins de 2 km . Accueil, propreté piscine bref très bien . Lieux agréable pour y rester plusieurs jours sans problème

Cons:

Je ne dirais pas pas aimer mas moins bien vue direct piscine doit fermer les rideaux tout le temps pour l’intimité.
Petit conseil : une plaque de cuisson et un petit évier pour pouvoir cuisiner au cas où et ça serait top top top

Es war sehr exklusiv, aber auch extrem teuer.
Pros:

Sehr nett, sehr sauber, sehr freundlich das Team.
Wir waren um 11:00 Uhr da.
Das Zimmer war um 11:30 Uhr fertig, wir durften nicht vor 13:30 Uhr rein, keiner weiß warum.

Cons:

Zehn Zimmer fünf dauernd kläffende Hunde.
Wir haben für zwei Nächte 342 $ bezahlt,
und dann gautzen, da die Hunde den ganzen Tag rum.
Ist ja sehr schön, wenn der Hunde willkommen sind, schade nur dass man nicht seine Ruhe hat, wenn die dauernd bellen.
Es waren drei Pudel von einer Familie, da, die sich am Gras neben dem Pool entleert. Das fand ich sehr unhygienisch.
Wenn man dann barfuß unterwegs ist, und tritt in die Hinterlassenschaften der Runde,….

Die Hundebesitzer haben sich nicht drum gekümmert, die haben die einfach frei laufen lassen.
Kaum zu glauben, keine Minute entfernt, kann man um die Ecke entspannt spazieren gehen ,
mit den Hunden.

Das ist der Grund, warum wir nie mehr wiedergeben kommen, wenn ich meine Ruhe haben will, brauch ich kein Hunde gekläffe.


Die Idee, sich entspannt im Pool zu erholen, ist bei der Lautstärke nicht möglich.

Très bon hôtel si on veut être au calme.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant, équipements très bien et piscine tres propre. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et bons.

Cons:

Emplacement un peu éloigné. La plage et les quelques restaurants sont à 15 bonnes minutes de marche. La ville de Jaco à 10min en taxi.
