Pros:

Amazing hospitality with scenic views .Nearest to Delhi ncr with temperature similar to dhanaulti,definitely thumbs for weekend getaway
Rooms are huge,clean with beautiful snow capped mountain views.. They have a beautiful garden on the backside of property with valley view.Food is really nice and can contact Mr.Rupesh for any help.

Not a property worth of 2 star even.
Pros:

Property was built up well but not maintained. Water was seeping in through glass windows. It was water on floor . Lift too had water and was not operational. Breakfast was fine but dinner was horrible experience.

Cons:

Not value for money, booking. Com provided rooms at premium price while same were available at yatra at quite cheap price. Even reviews were fake as the food quality too was not upto mark. Non veg items or any tandoor items were not available. Staff was busy in gossips. Dampness in rooms, stay not worth. We repented our decision to choose the property and booking. Com as partner to book. Refrigerator was not working in room. There were frequent light cuts and one had to chase facility people to start the generator in night as well.

Pros:

Accessibility of the property. It was Peaceful. Staff was well trained and cooperative.

Cons:

Before reaching the property, as i was running late, i called on the number provided on booking.com as well as number listed on google, to enquire for dinner timing and availability of other things. I called multiple times but no response. Please list the number which is responsive as well as present in the property.

Cons:

Lift was not working. On booking.com, it is mentioned that the room will have AC but it is not there. Only very rooms in resort do have ACs but it is not mentioned properly on listing websites.

Pros:

Very accommodating and friendly staff. We had to leave in a rush when our child wasn't feeling well. The staff did everything they could to make it easy for us and were considerate to even offer to pack food for us. Thank you very much!
